Typical Duties:

<li>Facilitates with Project Management in discovery and correction of contract document errors and omissions and problem solving to reduce the cost incurred.</li>
<li>Assist with Project Team in production of RFIs, change orders, contract modifications</li>
<li>Work closely with construction team, subcontractors, designers, and architects.</li>
<li>Play a key role in the success of our overall projects.</li>
<li>Responsible for complying with the Quality Control Requirements and construction documents per each project.</li>
<li>Work with the Project Team to produce a Project Schedule and Schedule of Values.</li>
<li>Attend and engage in all site OAC &amp; Sub meetings.</li>

Under the supervision of the Production Manager, you will provide technical and supervisory support to construction staff. You will review plans and other technical documents, answer questions regarding the scope and/or timing of the project, monitor costs and project progress. May develop cost estimates and tentative schedules. In this position you will Supervise construction activities and ensure quality, code compliance, training, and individual and team performance. You will also provide leadership, direction and training to the Production Team Leads working with him/her in a construction based plant environment specializing in the maintenance, refurbishment and modification of modular buildings. We are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join our growing team in Greenville, SC.

About the role
The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the construction activities related to expanding and upgrading our fiber optic network infrastructure. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Performing regular inspections of the construction site to ensure designs are followed, specifications and standards are adhered to, site is kept clean of all debris, garbage, or other hazards.</li>
<li>Manage customer complaints through resolution, interfacing directly with customers as needed and enforcing SLA for contractor resolution of any customer complaints.</li>
<li>Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly.</li>
<li>Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment, adhere to safe excavation methods, and abide by any state specific 811/One Call utility requirements.</li>
<li>Organizing work schedules.</li>
<li>Checking work techniques are correct and safe per industry standards.</li>
<li>Assisting Construction Managers with planning work activities.</li>
<li>Completing site reports and other records daily to include production reports.</li>
<li>Attending site management meetings daily.</li>
