<li>Assesses the training level of each new technician to determine which parts of the training program are needed. Makes recommendations to the appropriate clinic manager(s) and trainers and provides and/or coordinates the recommended training.</li>
<li>Meets with trainees regularly to assess skill level and understanding of material. Ensures that trainee is appropriately moving through the learning points of the program.</li>
<li>Works collaboratively with Human Resources and Clinic Managers during training process.</li>
<li>Communicate with managers and trainers regularly with updates regarding trainee's progress.</li>
<li>Acts as a point of contact for trainees in setting goals for and testing for the Independent Study</li>
<li>Course Exam, the Ophthalmic Scribe Certification Exam, and the COA exam.</li>
<li>Helps in acclimating new technicians to the practice including ensuring that new technicians have appropriate study materials are aware of training courses and education opportunities, and are able to set expectations and timelines for training, etc.</li>
<li>Provides training as needed to clinic technicians and trainers.</li>
<li>May assist with interviewing technician candidates.</li>
<li>Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service.</li>

There is an expectation of obtaining COT certification within 6-9 months of hire date.</li>

The Role:
The Patient Enrollment Specialist serves as the first point of contact for our patients, and caregivers throughout their robust onboarding experience with Rippl. As the first friendly voice of Rippl, the Patient Enrollment Specialist is accountable for patient engagement, outreach, and acceptance of care for patients and caregivers. Essential Functions:

<li>Providing patients and their caregivers with an engaging, white glove experience </li>
<li>Effectively communicate Rippl's offerings to a senior population</li>
<li>Engage with new patients with the goal of having them accept care with Rippl </li>
<li>Set patients up for success by scheduling their first appointments with Rippl Care Team, providing a smooth and efficient onboarding experience</li>
<li>Communicate and receive patient information by phone, email, e-referral and fax management</li>
<li>Be a trusted and knowledgeable resource for patients on Rippl services</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient demographics in CRM/EHR</li>
<li>Collaborate with Care Team to ensure a seamless transition of newly onboarded patients are assigned to the Care Pods</li>
<li>Ensure required onboarding paperwork has been completed by the patient or Power of Attorney (POA) and obtain any necessary medical documents from healthcare providers, to ensure Rippl's Care Team has the most up-to-date and comprehensive patient record</li>

The Role:
The Patient Outreach Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for individuals who may be experiencing memory and brain health changes but have not yet been diagnosed or engaged in care. This role conducts proactive outreach to patients or caregivers identified through our partners and initiates brief conversations aimed at identifying needs and introducing Rippl's dementia care model.
Essential Functions:

<li>Reach out to new potential patients and caregivers who have not yet engaged with Rippl, using empathy and warmth to introduce our services.</li>
<li>Administer brief dementia-related screeners to assess the potential need for further evaluation or support.</li>
<li>Educate individuals about Rippl's mission and dementia care programs, emphasizing the support we offer for both patients and caregivers.</li>
<li>Encourage enrollment when appropriate and schedule initial clinical appointments with the Rippl care team.</li>
<li>Accurately document outreach efforts, screening responses, and next steps in Salesforce and the electronic health record (Athena).</li>

<li>Meet or exceed targets for engagement, screening completion, documentation quality, and conversion to care.</li>
