The Role:
The Patient Enrollment Specialist serves as the first point of contact for our patients, and caregivers throughout their robust onboarding experience with Rippl. As the first friendly voice of Rippl, the Patient Enrollment Specialist is accountable for patient engagement, outreach, and acceptance of care for patients and caregivers. Essential Functions:

<li>Providing patients and their caregivers with an engaging, white glove experience </li>
<li>Effectively communicate Rippl's offerings to a senior population</li>
<li>Engage with new patients with the goal of having them accept care with Rippl </li>
<li>Set patients up for success by scheduling their first appointments with Rippl Care Team, providing a smooth and efficient onboarding experience</li>
<li>Communicate and receive patient information by phone, email, e-referral and fax management</li>
<li>Be a trusted and knowledgeable resource for patients on Rippl services</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient demographics in CRM/EHR</li>
<li>Collaborate with Care Team to ensure a seamless transition of newly onboarded patients are assigned to the Care Pods</li>

Qualifications:

SUMMARY - Training Specialist, Ophthalmology (Remote)
Provides standardized initial basic new hire tech training as well as coordinates remaining tech training via other trainers. Demonstrates quality patient service during interactions with patients, coworkers, and vendors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Provides and coordinates a centralized technician training program, which ensures technicians receive standardized initial basic training, are able to exhibit specific competencies, and receive evaluation prior to placement within the clinic. Collaborates with the managers and trainers in each department to coordinate training dates and assignments for new technicians (and other staff and/or observers) with the intent of providing ample training opportunities to become competent in the areas outlined in the Tech Training Program Guide.</li>
<li>Assesses the training level of each new technician to determine which parts of the training program are needed. Makes recommendations to the appropriate clinic manager(s) and trainers and provides and/or coordinates the recommended training.</li>
<li>Meets with trainees regularly to assess skill level and understanding of material. Ensures that trainee is appropriately moving through the learning points of the program.</li>
<li>Works collaboratively with Human Resources and Clinic Managers during training process.</li>
<li>Communicate with managers and trainers regularly with updates regarding trainee's progress.</li>
<li>Acts as a point of contact for trainees in setting goals for and testing for the Independent Study</li>
<li>Course Exam, the Ophthalmic Scribe Certification Exam, and the COA exam.</li>

The Role:
The Patient Outreach Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for individuals who may be experiencing memory and brain health changes but have not yet been diagnosed or engaged in care. This role conducts proactive outreach to patients or caregivers identified through our partners and initiates brief conversations aimed at identifying needs and introducing Rippl's dementia care model.

What will I be doing ?

Position Summary
The Coding Specialist is responsible for all phases of coding and charge entry for health center services. This position acts as a support call center for all coding and charge entry questions. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Review health center, nursing home and hospital encounters and completes for accurate coding and charge entry</li>
<li>Review all encounters for accurate coding and enters charges in Athena, including CPT, E/M, and ICD-10 coding</li>
<li>Collaborates with all Network centers and employees as needed to accurately complete encounters and review patient charges </li>
<li>Responsible for Hold Buckets on a daily/weekly basis as assigned by supervisor</li>
<li>Demonstrates a good working knowledge of CPT, ICD10, HCPCS code books as well as remaining current on CPT, ICD10 and regulatory changes</li>
<li>Identifies areas of training and/or improvements for efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction </li>
<li>Complete Provider Coding Orientation</li>
<li>Complete audits as assigned i.e., provider, coding vendor, HHHN coder</li>
<li>Enthusiastically support the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Hudson Headwaters Health Network.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned</li>

Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the essential functions:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>
<li>At least three years’ experience in coding, medical terminology, or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>CPC Required</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to work with a variety of groups (managers, patients, insurance reps, other departments)</li>
<li>Ability to interact in a professional and efficient manner</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel and Word, Athena a plus</li>
</ul>
 The pay rate for this position is $25.00/hour.
