Job DescriptionPRIMARY PURPOSE Represent the company as the center’s first point of contact, greeting patients and key stakeholders upon entry into the center and via phone and digital communications. Accurately complete patient registration, insurance verification and patient collections. Drive a positive patient experience through execution of clinical and administrative duties. <li>Greet patients upon entering the center.</li>
<li>Register patients for visits carefully and efficiently.</li>
<li>Verify patient insurance and collect patient payments accurately.</li>
<li>Answer and route phone calls, taking and delivering messages as needed.</li>
<li>Respond to and resolve patient questions and issues, as needed.</li>
<li>Document patient information in the EMR accurately and completely.</li>
<li>Direct patient throughput and flow in the waiting area, engaging in patient service recovery, as needed.</li>

Administrative Responsibilities Approximately 15%

<li>Organize office supplies at the front desk according to company best practice, restocking as needed.</li>

<li>Retrieving lab and ancillary test results for review by provider.</li>
<li>Documenting any clinical services performed in the EMR.</li>
<li>Ensuring patients are roomed, examined, and discharged timely.</li>

<li>Assist with scribe duties, including but not limited to:

<li>Assist providers with real-time documentation of patient encounters in the EMR.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Prepare and update patient charts before and after visits.</li>
<li>Document clinical notes including history, exams, and treatment plans as directed.</li>
<li>Enter orders (labs, meds, referrals) per provider instruction and policy.</li>
