Accountabilities
<ol>
<li>Ensures all equipment assigned is serviced and safe for operation such as trucks (pickup, dump, fertilizer, bulk, water, semis), tractors, pilers, sorters, sizers, scoopers, conveyors, gear boxes, sizers/dirt eliminators, and transportation fleet to maintain productivity and asset lifecycle. Types of repairs include but not limited to, routine oil/fluid and tire changes, brake repair and replacements, suspension repair and replacement, fabrication, drivetrains &amp; transmission rebuild including electrical repairs on components of power distribution systems. The work requires use of equipment manuals, web-based research, hand tools, pneumatic tools, and any specialized tooling provided by Wysocki Family Farms</li>
<li>Orders parts as needed with approval of the shop manager. </li>
<li>Proactively trouble shoots equipment to prevent safety hazards or breakdowns in the environment.</li>
<li>Disassembles and assembles components according to manufacturer's specifications. </li>
<li>Communicates regularly with team and supervisor to ensure efficient operations.</li>
<li>Performs DOT maintenance inspections.</li>
<li>Uses tools within the scope of their safe intended use. Examples of equipment and tools (but not limited to) tractors, harvester, skid steer, sprayer, backhoe, bulldozer, bulk truck, forklift, chainsaw, pneumatic tools, etc Diagnoses equipment using tools such as but not limited to scanners, gauges and instruments.</li>
<li>Maintains accurate and timely data in emaintenance including opening, completing all fields required and properly saving and closing work orders to track work completed on each piece of equipment.</li>
<li>Ensures cleanliness of shop and work area to eliminate reduce any safety hazards.</li>
<li>Adheres to all safety and general company policies and procedures and informs supervisors about concerns such as but not limited to faulty equipment design, and unsafe working conditions.</li>
<li>Maintains a strong knowledge base on the safe and efficient use of agricultural equipment, agricultural technology and agronomic application best practices.</li>

Physical Activities/Demands: 
This position is approximately 15% sedentary, involving sitting for extended periods during operation of equipment. The remaining balance of this position, approximately 85% requires actively working in/around indoor and outdoor manufacturing and agricultural environments. 
This position requires the ability to: ascend/descend various types of ladders, stairs and equipment; move oneself into different positions in various environments (sometimes tight and confined); bend, stoop, squat and kneel: reach for and lift objects above the shoulder; walk distances on firm, uneven and soft terrain; lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally more with the discretion of team lift; communicate with others via voice, listening and verbal response; read and write to receive instruction, document work and heed safety warnings; repeat motions with the wrists, hands and fingers; operate machinery, power tools, vehicles and heavy equipment; visually inspect work in near/distant scenarios including need for peripheral vision and depth perception, sit for extended periods of time.

Primary responsibilities will focus on managing the day-to-day operations of our payroll functions, including:

POSITION:
The Portfolio Manager - Agribusiness Credit is located in any AgTexas office, or remote and within 150 miles of an AgTexas office location and salary that is negotiable depending upon experience. This position requires knowledge in loan structuring of agribusiness credits, loan participation/syndications and the ability to work with management and relationship managers to underwrite and service existing customers and develop analysis for potential customers in conjunction with Association staff.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Agricultural Business/Economics, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience and two (2) or more years of experience in the administration and credit underwriting of agribusiness loans. The ideal candidate must have experience in the analysis of complex credit packages and agribusiness operations. An excellent working knowledge of personal computers is essential, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software and various loan analysis software programs. This position requires understanding of accounting standards (cash and accrual) and credit policies and procedures. Must be familiar with agricultural risk management practices and its functional use. Strong skills are required in financial statement analysis, forecasting, and cash flow budgeting and collateral analysis. <li>Responsible for the monitoring and servicing of existing agribusiness accounts including the monitoring of reporting requirements and covenant compliance.</li>
<li>Assists in all aspects of agribusiness lending including working closely with relationship managers and management to establish loan structure, produce credit analysis packages and to review loan documentation. </li>
<li>Works closely with staff to develop their understanding of the credit analysis and underwriting of agribusiness credits. </li>
</ul>
 
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Frequent interaction with customers, Agribusiness, and Association departmental staff and management. Occasional interaction with Farm Credit Bank of Texas staff and loan participants. Occasional interaction with area professionals including real estate agents, commercial bankers, title companies, appraisers and others who deal with the Association in the normal course of business.

Job DescriptionSeasonal Habitat Specialist Temporary position (4-6 months) Location: Onida, SD Starting Date:&nbsp;As soon as possible Application Deadline: Open until filled Duties and Responsibilities: This position will be employees of Pheasants Forever and will foster the mutual conservation objectives of Pheasants Forever (PF) and South Dakota Game, Fish &amp; Parks (SDGFP) by assisting in the development of upland bird habitat on lands owned by SDGFP throughout South Dakota.&nbsp; The Habitat Technician will assist the Habitat Specialist on SDGFP owned public lands by planting and cultivating food plots, improving nesting and brood rearing cover, woody cover plots and other habitat enhancement projects.&nbsp; These cooperatively funded positions will receive weekly work direction from the Habitat Specialist and SDGFP Regional Habitat Program Managers. Onsite work will include but is not limited to: small and large equipment operation, equipment transport, site preparation, seed mixing &amp; planting, mechanical &amp; chemical weed control, tillage and mowing practices, fencing, posting and signing, livestock management practices, controlled burning and other agricultural practices.&nbsp; Wildlife surveys may be conducted, and monitoring habitat improvements will be ongoing. The ability and willingness to work long hours during crucial periods of the growing season and coordinating work activities with SDGFP is required.&nbsp; Administrative duties will include, detailed record keeping, accomplishment reporting, time management, and coordination with and assisting SDGFP habitat staff with area management plans.&nbsp; Pheasants Forever organizational training will be provided by SD PF Habitat Specialists and if need be PF National Office staff.&nbsp; Minimum Qualifications: Biological Sciences or Agriculture degree is a benefit but is not required for these positions. &nbsp;PF and SDGFP are looking for motivated individuals with the ability to work long hours in the field during peak seasons of the year.&nbsp; Practical experience in the operation and repair of equipment including tractors, tillage equipment, grass drills, mowers, ATV’s, trucks, bumper and gooseneck trailers is very important.&nbsp; Knowledge, experience, and training in prescribed burning are helpful.&nbsp;&nbsp; Applicants must be an innovative and resourceful self-starter with excellent communication skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.&nbsp; Successful applicants must be able to acquire a South Dakota Herbicide Applicators License.&nbsp; This is a demanding but rewarding job.&nbsp; The right individual will gain incredible experience working with resource agency personnel and potentially volunteers while building, enhancing and maintaining conservation projects and wildlife habitat.&nbsp; Core Competencies and Special Ability Requirements: &nbsp;We expect the persons in these positions to accept varied and changing responsibilities in the job, develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with partner agencies and the public, effectively communicate both orally and in writing, ability to work evenings, Saturdays and Sundays on occasion.
