Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.</li>
<li>Provide hands-on training and coaching to sales associates, fostering a high-performance sales culture.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive improvement.</li>
<li>Engage with customers, providing expert advice and personalized service to close sales.</li>
<li>Oversee the sales floor, ensuring it is well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked with the latest merchandise.</li>
<li>Execute sales promotions, events, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other store departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery.</li>
<li>Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide regular feedback to senior management.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, management, or a related field is a plus.</li>
