ABOUT THE ROLE: 
REP Fitness Customer Support Representatives are the front line for our customers. You'll be fielding questions from customers looking to make a purchase one minute, then problem solving a delivery mishap the next. In this role you're a utility tool, embodying your Shared Passion for Fitness while helping our customers along their home gym journey.  
**Your first 4-5 weeks of employment will be Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 8am-4pm. Following this period, the scheduled shift options will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 8am-4pm depending on Saturday shift availability.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

<li>Provide world class service to customers primarily through email, chat, and phone </li>
<li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues, and take initiative to find solutions </li>
<li>Manage customer accounts, recording details of all actions taken </li>
<li>Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are processed as instructed by the customer, and as cost efficient as possible for the company </li>
</ul>

<li>MS Office proficiency and the ability to learn new systems.</li>

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
<ul>
<li>Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, Kustomer, and/or Air Call a plus.</li>
