Your Role as a Physical Therapist:

<li>Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers.</li>
<li>Guide and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapy License (required).</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).</li>
<li>Experience with OASIS documentation (preferred).</li>
<li>CPR Certification (preferred).</li>
<li>Ability to delegate and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (preferred).</li>

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy +. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

<li>Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results</li>
<li>Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required</li>
<li>Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines</li>
<li>Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers</li>
<li>Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians</li>
<li>Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals</li>
<li>Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies</li>
<li>Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports</li>

Qualifications

<li>Current state of Kansas DPT license and CPR certification</li>
