JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the cooking responsibilities of the Blue Foot Deli. It is under general direction of the Executive Chef and the primary function is to prepare food while providing excellent guest service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Conducts preparation, apportionment, cooking, and presentation of food orders for customers; including wrapping or packing prepared food items.</li>
<li>Safely operates all kitchen equipment including, but not limited to a grill, fryer, espresso machine, coffee machine, slicer, and soda dispenser.</li>
<li>Serves cold drinks, frozen milk drinks, or desserts.</li>
<li>Makes and serves hot beverages.</li>
<li>Presses lids onto beverages and places beverages on serving tray or in takeout container.</li>
<li>Maintains sanitary and orderly eating or serving areas.</li>
<li>Maintains the deli case in a clean and visually pleasing fashion.</li>
<li>Cuts delicatessen meats and cheeses to specification with slicing machine, knives, or other cutters for presentation.</li>
<li>Weighs and wraps sliced foods and affixes sticker showing price and weight.</li>
<li>Maintain, at all times, a courteous, tactful relationship with our customers.</li>
<li>Maintain, at all times, a clean and welcoming environment for our customers to see, including the dining areas.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with all Team Members.</li>
<li>Familiar with vendors and purchasing process.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit daily reports as prescribed such as daily sales and inventory reports.</li>
<li>Identify inventory items that need to be purchased by the Executive Chef or designee(s).</li>
<li>Learn policies, rules &amp; regulations and apply them using fairness and good judgment.</li>
<li>Carry out verbal and written instructions from management and follow-through in the completion of all assignments.</li>

The Operations Support Administrator II is responsible for processing Bluberi’s Sales Orders, including machine, conversion, parts order entry, tracking, reporting, and releasing of assigned orders. This position will provide support and ensure consistency of order processing in Las Vegas. This position will also be responsible for creating work orders for the Warehouse &amp; Production Teams.
