Cox Automotive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to work on Workforce Identity initiatives with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow. This role will be responsible for architecting and working with the identity team to implement, and maintain identity governance solutions that ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access for all workforce users across the enterprise. Primary Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Manage the design and implementation of a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) framework aligned with the principle of least privilege to ensure secure and scalable access management across the organization</li>

<li>Oversee the integration of SailPoint with key enterprise systems, including Active Directory, Azure AD, HRIS platforms, and cloud infrastructure</li>
<li>Collaborate with IT, HR, and compliance teams to align identity processes with business and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Define and implement identity governance policies, workflows, and access review campaigns.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and access governance.</li>
<li>Experience with Java, Bean Shell, or scripting for SailPoint customization.</li>
<li>Familiarity with authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.</li>

 Minimum Requirements: Required Education/Experience

<li>Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 20 years' experience in a related field. </li>

Holiday Inn Club Vacations seeking a Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, day-to-day operations, and continuous improvement of the organization's identity governance and access control capabilities. This a technical hands-on leadership role ensures that the IAM program supports secure, compliant, and efficient access for employees, partners, and customers across enterprise and cloud environments. The manager will lead a team of IAM engineers and architects and collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, HR, compliance, and business stakeholders to protect sensitive systems and data in a high-touch, guest-focused timeshare environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

<li>Develop and lead the execution of the organization’s IAM strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity objectives and business needs.</li>
<li>Manage IAM platforms and tools including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity lifecycle management.</li>
<li>Supervise and mentor a team of IAM professionals, providing technical and career development support.</li>
<li>Oversee IAM operations including provisioning/deprovisioning processes, access reviews, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.</li>

REQUIREMENTS:
Education &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li>7+ years of progressive experience in identity and access management or cybersecurity, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing IAM technologies such as Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or Ping Identity.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of identity governance, RBAC, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and directory services.</li>
<li>Experience with IAM in cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.</li>
<li>Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS).</li>
</ul>
Certifications (preferred but not required):
