Duties and Responsibilities
Part time opportunities for weekend and holiday shifts as well as on-call opportunities to cover weekday shifts. Provide visitor management support to Federal Protective Service (FPS) Visitor Management and Access Control (VMAC) program office located at the St. Elizabeths Campus, Washington D.C. VMAC is responsible for overseeing the Visitor Management and Access Control at St. Elizabeths providing security at the facilities, positive control of all visitors and safety of employees on site. Tasks include the following:

<li>Ensure the visitor is located with the Visitor Management System (VMS) prior to assigning the visitor a visitor badge. </li>
<li>For visitors that are not issued a Common Access Card (CAC) or Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card, ensure the visitor's identification is an authentic government issued identification card, per issued guidelines, to include the Real ID Act. </li>
<li>Issue parking passes that are approved in either VMS or by the Office of the Chief Readiness Support Officer (OCRSO).</li>
<li>Follow all guidance provided by FPS pertaining to large events and ceremonies specific to the St. Elizabeths campus. </li>
<li>Coordinate directly with FPS technical representatives to ensure requests are processed in a manner that meets Agency operational needs, address non-routine visitor requests, and/or alert Security offices to any visitor emergency needs that affect the life or safety of others or present a threat to the government facility or property.</li>
<li>Answer telephones and electronic emails as they pertain to Visitor Management duties.</li>
<li>Conduct background checks using the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database.</li>
<li>Adjudicate results by using established policies and procedures as they pertain to visitor access control requests.</li>
</ul>

<li>Research criminal history by reviewing court case information relating to arrests, history, and dispositions. </li>
<li>Conduct secondary inquiries into immigration databases through the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS), The International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) and render approval or denial of Campus visit requests based upon potential visitors' criminal history in accordance with established policies.</li>
<li>Process all visitor to allow access to work site location in line with established policies and procedures by using the Visitor Management System (VMS) and other Information Technology systems provided. The VMS is a workflow-based program that facilitates the submission of visit requests by authorized campus employees. The VMS also allows for the processing and approval of the requests by Visitor Management personnel. </li>
<li>Support Stakeholders and FPS for coordination of Visitor Management aspects of large events and ceremonies on the St. Elizabeths campus. </li>
<li>Assist with managing the visitor management portion of upper campus construction projects.</li>
<li>Attend reoccurring construction meetings relating to upcoming projects, events, personnel changes, and scheduling.</li>
<li>Provide briefings on behalf of FPS to visitors, advising of procedures, policies, and addendums pertinent to approved campus access.</li>
<li>Provide support for yearly events. St. Elizabeths holds between 150 to 200 events per year.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and Personal Identification Information (PII). Information in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and DHS policies and procedures. </li>
<li>Work effectively with other branches and divisions within the organization to accomplish tasks. </li>

Knowledge and Qualifications

<li>A minimum of three (3) years of experience in visitor management in private, public or federal facilities that require controlled access processes.</li>
<li>Experience with NCIC/NLETS is highly desired.</li>
<li>Experience should include reviewing and approving visit requests to facilities requiring controlled access in accordance with organizational policies. </li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English. </li>

Visitor Management Specialist (Part Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious IPM Specialist to manage the pest and disease prevention protocols at our 2-acre cannabis greenhouse facility. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with pesticide, fungicide, and sanitizer applications, and understands how to balance plant health with regulatory compliance and environmental responsibility. This is a solo shift role focused on evening spray applications when the greenhouse is clear of most personnel.
Key Responsibilities: 
• Perform daily scouting for pests, pathogens, and plant stress indicators across all cultivation zones.
• Apply approved insecticides, fungicides, and cleaning/sanitation agents using handheld, backpack, and/or motorized sprayers.
• Follow pre-established IPM protocols and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Keep accurate spray logs, chemical inventories, and sanitation records in compliance with state regulations.
• Mix and dilute chemical solutions safely per manufacturer and SDS instructions. 
• Ensure all applications are conducted in accordance with PPE, REI (Restricted Entry Interval), and ventilation requirements.

The Clinical Care Manager (CCM) Specialist- Children’s Complex Care (High-Fidelity Wraparound) is part of a specialized team, responsible for providing high intensity care management, that works collaboratively and directly with members and providers to ensure effective, holistic, member-centric care. As a member of CBH’s Complex Care team, training and certification in High-Fidelity Wraparound, an evidence-based care management intervention, will be provided. 
The CCM Specialist will also be responsible for utilization management by conducting utilization review activities, population management, cross-system consultation, and treatment quality monitoring. As a member of the Children’s Complex Care team, you will have an opportunity to apply your understanding of behavioral health and your cultural competence to work collaboratively with CBH members, their caregivers, their supports, other professionals, and community partners to screen/assess, and develop individualized, family-anchored, comprehensive, and strength-based plans of care. The CCM Specialist must utilize clinical knowledge of best practices and evidence-based treatments to ensure CBH members receive timely access to quality, medically necessary behavioral health services. When clinically indicated, CCM Specialists consult with CBH Physician and Psychologist Advisors to ensure the most effective treatment for the CBH member is being authorized. 
As a High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Facilitator, the CCM Specialist assists members and their families in learning to accomplish goals they have identified by exploring the strengths and culture around each need they have. The CCM Specialist facilitates monthly interagency planning meetings to assist the member and their family in planning around and working towards meeting their needs. The CCM Specialist will transfer their Wraparound skills to the member and their family, by teaching them to think outside of the box and use natural and community supports. 
Essential Functions:

<li>Work directly with members, natural supports and providers in the community, including in members’ homes. </li>

The Sales Specialist – SupplySight Inventory Management reports to Sales Management, while working closely in conjunction with the corporate SupplySight Operations team. Key deliverables for this critical field-based position include maximizing our customers’ experience by ensuring that optimal inventory is present and ready for use within their facilities, increasing sales and meeting target KPIs through operational excellence and steadfast commitment to servicing our customers. Core Responsibilities

<li>Maintain a daily inventory dashboard report that reviews supply-chain timing and projected inventory consumption to identify inventory gaps and constraints.</li>

Compensation and Benefits:
