GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Player’s Club manager is responsible for supervising the WOW Casino Rewards Desk and leading the team responsible for growing a customer database through new enrollment; as well as managing customer requests and resolving guest issues.&nbsp; The manager will oversee the development, coordination and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as assist and aid in the improvement of the operations and functions within the department. The Player’s Club Manager is responsible for promoting and retaining a highly skilled work force within the department as well as fostering a culture of excitement, efficiency, and exceptional customer service to ensure optimum guest satisfaction and repeat visits.&nbsp; Will also be responsible for other marketing initiatives as required.
