Moorings Park is looking for an on-call Concierge. The Concierge greets those entering the facility, validates and communicates the nature of their visit and completes a variety of administrative assignments. The Concierge ensures the highest level of resident satisfaction by providing services and information the residents request within the guidelines of the community. This position proactively anticipates the needs of the residents so a solution can be offered before requested, personalizing the delivery of the service to meet the specific needs of each resident.

Contributions:

<li>Acknowledge and greet all residents, guests and team members with utmost courtesy and urgency. Ensure visitors sign in; validate the nature of their visit and notify resident or team member of the visitor. Provide high levels of resident engagement. </li>

<li>Responsible for keeping work area clean, orderly, and safe at all times. </li>
<li>Open and close the concierge desk and properly secure all files, keys, and equipment. </li>

<li>Practice exemplary public relations and customer service with all contacts, to enhance the positive image of Moorings Park. </li>

Job Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Deliver Legendary Guest Service: Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.</li>
<li>Lounge Operations: Maintain a clean and organized lounge environment. Replenish food and beverages area, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards. Taking note of any low stock and alerting Lounge Concierge.</li>
<li>Equipment Handling: Assist guests with ski/snowboard equipment, including buckling boots and carrying gear.</li>
<li>Guest Relations: Resolve guest issues promptly and foster strong relationships with guests. Directing any product purchase inquiries to the Lounge Concierge.</li>
<li>Teamwork: Collaborate and assist the Ambassador Team with ski valet.</li>
<li>Operational Coordination: Assist in managing locker cleanliness, locker assignments, equipment deliveries and returns, boot drying allocation and guest arrival information. </li>

The Coppia Concierge ​is committed to resident satisfaction in the apartment community.
