Duties &amp; Responsibilities: Being in charge comes with great responsibility. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You are the leader – so set the example! You must follow ALL policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. <li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).</li>
<li>Must be able to make correct monetary change.</li>
<li>Comfortability utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.</li>

Qualifications 
Physical Requirements: (including, but not limited to the following): Daily tasks are performed from a standing position, as such you will be on your feet for majority of your shift. This role includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

<li>Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 4”.</li>
<li>Bulk product deliveries are made two to three time per week and require unloading by team members. Product ingredients and supplies may weigh up to 50 pounds and requires lifting and/or stacking.</li>
<li>You may be required to occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or utilize stairs while performing job tasks.</li>
<li>Hand-eye coordination required for the use of shaping pizza dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding of cardboard pizza boxes.</li>
</ul>

The General Manager ensures that the store and its employees comply with company policies and procedures, seize every opportunity to improve sales revenue, and control the cost of operations. The General Manager helps employees understand the factors contributing to the store's success and teaches them how they can contribute to that success each day. Senior management establishes the basic merchandise and inventory levels for the store. District Managers monitor these levels. However, the General Manager is responsible for maintaining the proper mix and level of merchandise for the store by placing orders through the proper channels. In addition to placing orders, the General Manager completes the following tasks in relation to merchandise: * Receives merchandise from vendors. * Completes proper inventory records. * Maintains constant awareness of the location of all merchandise assigned to the store. * Performs weekly audits to ensure the safety of company assets. * Directs the merchandising of the store to make it easy for the sales team to sell and for the customer to buy. * Appropriately re-prices merchandise to promote the movement of slow moving inventory.
