Job Overview

The Staffing Specialist is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the proper staffing and scheduling levels for the Macy's Distribution Centers. The role is also responsible for expense analysis related to staffing and ensuring compliance with the financial components of the Corporate Audit.&nbsp;

Essential Functions
\n

<li>Work with Operations management team to ensure appropriate staffing&nbsp;</li>

<li>Partner with operations to create week out staffing schedule with daily updates.&nbsp;</li>
