This role plays a key part in ensuring prompt corrective action, which may involve issuance, repair coordination, returns, or field servicing of supplies. The administrator also manages office supply inventories and oversees the distribution of supplies to internal customers, ensuring accurate tracking and replenishment.
&nbsp;Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer service inquiries and requests related to supplies.</li>
<li>Determine and initiate the appropriate action, including issuance, repair, return, or field service coordination.</li>
<li>Maintain oversight of office supply inventories, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and stock levels.</li>
<li>Issue supplies to internal customers, maintaining detailed tracking logs or systems.</li>
<li>Interact directly with procurement buyers to coordinate timely supply replenishments.</li>
<li>Monitor usage trends and suggest reorders or stock adjustments as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the supply area or counter.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to supply issuance and inventory control.</li>

Basic Qualifications
<ul>
<li>TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>1–3 years of prior relevant experience in a customer service, technical support, or product support role.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience resolving customer service inquiries and problems effectively.</li>
<li>Ability to take corrective action, including coordinating repairs, returns, or field servicing.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, including experience maintaining records, logs, and service documentation.</li>
<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.</li>
<li>Ability to follow standard procedures and adapt slightly when needed to resolve routine issues.</li>
<li>Comfortable working under moderate supervision and managing day-to-day tasks reliably.</li>

Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in technical support, help desk, or product support roles.</li>
<li>Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the ability to develop or update service guides and repair protocols.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of CRM or case management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).</li>
<li>Experience in report writing and maintaining service records for audits or process improvement.</li>
<li>Understanding of business process improvement practices and ability to contribute suggestions for service enhancements.</li>
<li>Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues without predefined solutions.</li>

The Clinic Administrator is responsible for providing leadership, direction and administration of operations to ensure accomplishment of clinic and organizational objectives. This individual directs, supervises and coordinates the overall operation of the clinic and staff. This includes; human resources, informational technology, practice enhancement, practice management, payroll and overseeing financials for the clinic.
Essential job functions:
Directs and supervises specific functions and activities of the clinic, including systems, policies and procedures, human resources &amp; support services.

<li>Assists the clinic and the overall organization in the development and marketing of new services and referral sources.</li>
