We're seeking an HR Manager to provide comprehensive human resources support across our corporate and fulfillment operations. This role serves a wide spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, compliance, and performance management. You will:

<li>Employee Relations and Talent Management:

<li>Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and policy violations</li>

<li>Document all investigation findings and actions taken, providing guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions</li>

<li>Compliance &amp; Risk Management:

You should have:

<li>Experience with high volume contingent workforce management preferred</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities</li>

The HR Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by executing tasks related to employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, payroll and records management. Employee Relations Support: • Provide initial support for employee relations issues, reinforce a positive and inclusive work environment in collaboration with HR leadership. • Coordinate and analyze employee engagement and satisfaction surveys; provide actionable insights. • Conduct exit interviews and summarize feedback for leadership with improvement recommendations.
Government Reporting &amp; Compliance: • Assist in adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices. • Assist in and submit required reports such as EEO-1, OSHA logs, ACA documentation, etc. • Assist in updating company policies to reflect current legislation and workplace needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
