Human Resources Intern Part-Time $21.30 - $22 / Hourly

Job description:

· Assist with recruitment logistics (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates).

· Maintain and organize employee files, I-9 forms, and other HR documentation.

· Support onboarding processes: prepare welcome materials, schedule orientations, gather paperwork.

· Assist in tracking PTO, timesheets, and employee attendance.

· Help prepare HR communications, notices, and internal updates.

· Research HR trends, tools, or best practices as requested by the HR Director.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
