Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.

 Qualifications: 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.&nbsp;2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or&nbsp;3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or&nbsp;4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.&nbsp;5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $47.00 /Hr.

Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Supervise PTAs and techs; coordinate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure seamless care.</li>
<li>Conduct evaluations to develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.</li>
<li>Educate patients and caregivers on home programs to promote independence and long-term outcomes.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Licensure: Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in North Carolina.</li>
<li>Experience: New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome; mentorship programs available.</li>
<li>Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient-centered care.</li>

Physical Demands:
<ul>
<li>Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers.</li>
<li>Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently.</li>
