SUMMARY
Performs a variety of retail functions including merchandising and display of items, sales and customer service. The Opportunity
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the store utilizing Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.
 Your Daily Adventures 
<ul>
<li>You will assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.</li>
<li>You will develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.</li>
<li>You will protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and will report any violations to a supervisor.</li>
<li>You will employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.</li>
<li>You will build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e-mail.</li>
<li>You will assist with all other duties as required by store management.</li>

Job Summary: Sales associates are expected to maintain a positive representation of HWY 2 Hardware, Do It Best Davenport WA by providing an outstanding customer service experience consistent with company values. The main task of a sales associate is to assist customers and maintain a clean and efficient sales floor. They should be willing to continually learn and expand their knowledge of the retail industry. Their job will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Responsibilities:

<li>Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, both in person and on the phone, answering their questions, helping them find merchandise, and suggesting add-on sales that will help them complete their project. This may also include processing special orders.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Outstanding customer service skills and a professional attitude.</li>
<li>A working knowledge of the products contained in the store with a willingness to continue to learn.</li>
<li>Organized, self-starter who thinks independently and solves problems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of effective sales methods and techniques.</li>
<li>Knowledge of point-of-sale systems in order to assist with price lookup, special orders, and order entry. Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Strong math, reading, writing, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 80 lbs.</li>
<li>Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>
