 Minimum Qualifications:

<li>Initial Request Review: Assesses incoming configuration and enhancement requests during sprint planning to determine feasibility, compatibility with JIVA system capabilities, and resource requirements, providing input for user story sizing.</li>

 Do You Have What the Role Requires? 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information technology, business, or a related field PLUS 7 years of experience in application configuration, software development, or clinical systems support, of that, 5 years must be in a healthcare operations setting required; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position such as those listed above may also be qualifying. </li>
<li>5 years of experience with troubleshooting, testing, and documentation in an Agile or Kanban setting required. </li>
<li>5 years of experience with Software Management Applications such as Service Now (SNOW), JIRA, SharePoint required. </li>
<li>3 years of experience in application configuration, software development, or clinical systems support, preferably with the JIVA system required. </li>
</ul>
