The Creative Coordinator is a dynamic role that executes the creative vision of the studio with the strategic needs of eCommerce and marketing. This position ensures Marissa Collections’ visual and creative identity is consistent and compelling across all channels from the studio creative output. Working closely with the eCommerce and Marketing departments, the Creative Coordinator collaborates on campaigns, product launches, and storytelling efforts to elevate the brand’s luxury presence online and offline.
 
As part of a collaborative team, the Creative Coordinator works closely with the Photographer, Creative Assistant, Brand Curators, and other departments to execute creative for impactful campaigns, product photography, and storytelling initiatives that align with Marissa Collections’ luxury brand standards.
 
Responsibilities Include:
 
Studio Creative:
<ul>
<li>Plan, organize, and execute in-studio photoshoots for eCommerce, marketing campaigns, and editorial projects.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Photographer, Brand Curators, and Creative Assistant to produce high-quality imagery and creative assets that align with the eCommerce and Marketing teams’ needs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure product photography meets brand standards and enhances the online shopping experience.</li>
<li>Manage shoot logistics, including scheduling, models, studio operations support, product preparation, and supplies organization.</li>
<li>Ensure timely delivery of studio projects, production planner, and maintain brand consistency across all visual content.</li>
<li>Partner with the Brand Curators during onboarding to learn the branding and refine creative approaches for studio shoots and campaigns.</li>
<li>Maintain the studio space, equipment, and digital asset library for efficient and seamless workflow.</li>

Social Media Creative:
<ul>
<li>Partner with the Marketing department to develop social media creative that supports campaigns, events, and seasonal initiatives.</li>
<li>Create and curate visually compelling content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.</li>
<li>Stay ahead of social media trends and apply best practices to continuously elevate the brand’s digital storytelling.</li>

Collaboration with eCommerce &amp; Marketing:
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the eCommerce &amp; Marketing teams to create assets for campaigns.</li>
<li>Support eCommerce initiatives by ensuring product photography and creative content meet online merchandising needs.</li>
<li>Update product pages with styling and merchandising selections from studio creative.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Marketing team to align creative with in-store promotions, trunk shows, and events.</li>
<li>Actively contribute to brainstorming and campaign planning sessions, bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.</li>

Physical Requirements:

About Summer Staff Role:
The summer staff team is the backbone of the program at Camp Harvest. As a part of the summer program team your job will be focused on creating a fun, clean, safe and sacred space that will make sure no barriers get in the way of God meeting each and every student during their week at camp. 
 
Fun- One of the biggest reasons Camp Harvest, and camping ministry as a whole, sees so much fruit is the fun space and energy at camp. On the summer team you will be the primary source of this fun. Summer staff members should have high energy and bring the excitement we all love at camp. 
 
Clean- Something that should never get in the way of ministry is an unclean space. The program team is responsible for making sure that Camp Harvest stays clean so that students can focus on Jesus and not an dirty cabin. Summer staff members should be prepared to keep camp clean. About half of the job will be cleaning, setting up, and tearing down spaces for campers to enjoy. 
 
Safe- Almost nothing gets in the way of a real encounter with Christ faster than an unsafe environment! It is top priority at Camp Harvest to provide a safe space for campers. We ask summer staff members as representatives of camp and Christ to reflect this heart of safety as well. Summer staff members will be trained on keeping campers safe throughout all of their activities and interactions. Safety should be always at the top of each staff members mind. 
 
Sacred Space - Camp Harvests ultimate goal is to take part in the building up of Gods kingdom. We strive to at all opportunities be missionally minded. As a part of the Camp Harvest team you will take part in the kingdom building taking place at camp. Accordingly, staff members should be ready at all times and constantly looking for conversations and opportunities to spread the gospel in little and big ways. The Y has been a trusted leader in youth development for generations. From first steps to first jobs, we create opportunities for young people to grow stronger, lead with confidence, and build a future full of possibility-through sports, tutoring, mentoring, and more. As a Specialty Instructor you'll provide innovative and exciting after school specialty clubs and sports programs for high school students to help them advance their skills, all while having fun. 
 In this role, you will partner with the YMCA after school program to provide after school specialty enrichment to high school students. We are looking for specialists in a variety of disciplines who have a strong background and experience in their particular fields of specialty. This is a seasonal position offered during the school year and on school days only.
