The Operations Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple retail dispensaries across California. The Operations Support Manager is pivotal in ensuring all locations maintain high operations standards, adhere to company policies and procedures, and customer are delivered exceptional experiences. The Operations Support Manager will staff management, training, back-of-house operations, merchandising, audits, and the implementation of policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversees and supports the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of assigned retail staff.
· Develops and implements training programs to ensure employees are knowledgeable about products, customer service, and compliance regulations.
· Conducts regular store audits for performance deficiencies, initiates disciplinary action for policy and procedural issues of staff, and conducts performance evaluations.
· Ensures efficient back-of-house operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and store maintenance.
· Develops and enforces procedures for inventory control to minimize loss and ensure accuracy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high energy Retail &amp; Business Operations Sourcing Manager to join our growing procurement team to help design and implement the sustainable procurement strategy and processes for the National Lottery for the next 10 years, in line with Allwyn’s Social Value framework, as we start to build relationships with new and existing National Lottery suppliers. 
Using your procurement experience, and leveraging your knowledge, you will work directly with the Retail &amp; Business Operations team at all levels of Allwyn. In this role, you will be expected to develop &amp; deliver an effective procurement strategy and conduct activities such as RFPs, effective negotiations of commercials &amp; agreements, and ongoing vendor management to deliver continuous savings, performance &amp; process improvement for the above categories.

Summary: The Operations Manager will be involved in many facets of the center operations including day-to-day staff and services management, recruitment, scheduling, customer service, reporting and general administrative tasks in support of the Center's operations. Additionally, they maintain accurate records related to the staffing and delivery of service for each case as well as assist in the creation, maintenance, and management of a master schedule, adequately staffing clinical cases according to the budgeted hours per client as authorized by the client's insurer. The Program Manager will support HR, Operations, and the Clinical department as well their respective functions, acting as a reliable source of information to staff, clients, peers, and management. They will be the liaison between the administrative and clinical staff and act as the primary point of contact regarding case assignment and staff availability. Job Summary
Our Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall efficiency and effectiveness and administration of the inventory and warehouse operations. Responsible for completion and accuracy of warehouse documents. Assists with/or is the manager on duty for the stores as applicable and is a leader in the store to ensure that the compliance of safety initiatives are followed and ensures that company policies and procedures are followed. Holds staff accountable for achieving superior customer service both to our internal customers (Kane’s employees) as well as our buying customers. 
Key Responsibilities:
· Manages inventory; ensures that the appropriate reports are completed to maintain accuracy of stock; prepares store for inventories that occur in the location; checks to determine where variances are and researches to correct where issues occur.
· Handles all In-Store-Transfers for the location to and from the Distribution Center.
· Handles all Merchandise Memos; ensures fulfillment of activity required to be completed accordingly
· Handles the pricing and tagging for the location; ensures that the information is accurate and all applicable products accurately priced.
· Assists the Visual Manager with moves within the store, seasonal and daily moves.
· Manage the Clearance Center in the store (as applicable); ensure that the pricing of the product in the location is accurate.
· Completes the monthly safety and operations reports.
· Prepares for the Inventory and Buyers Visits.
