Job&nbsp;description/Daily tasks:&nbsp;&nbsp;
This position will&nbsp;work&nbsp;at the&nbsp;adhesives&nbsp;manufacturing&nbsp;plant&nbsp;to clean,&nbsp;paint,&nbsp;organize, and perform industrial&nbsp;housekeeping tasks, both inside the manufacturing building and outside.&nbsp;&nbsp;Strict adherence&nbsp;to PPE and safety policies will be critical.&nbsp; Recognition and escalation of unsafe conditions or other problems is a must.&nbsp;&nbsp;A mentality of prioritizing doing the&nbsp;job&nbsp;right with excellence over doing it fast is desired.&nbsp;
Cleaning activities&nbsp;will include

<li>Shoveling, lifting, using a pneumatic floor scraper or&nbsp;pressure washer to&nbsp;clean up adhesive spill&nbsp;residue.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Candidates must be able to bend down, and reach overhead to perform some of the painting tasks.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

Promote and support our high-quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling, building loyalty and long-lasting relationships with our customers. This is achieved by promoting the Red Wing Shoe Company’s Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX), selling our premium products, and providing conscientious customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Provide appropriate accessory recommendation, educate customers on the benefits of each</li>
