YOUR LIFE AS A CLASS B CDL TRUCK DRIVER AND LABORER
This full-time seasonal Class B CDL truck driving and laborer offers two different schedule options. One being a daytime only position, working 40-50 hours per week, and the other being a daytime and nighttime (and potential overtime) position working 50-60 hours per week. Pay will vary based on the weekly hours. 
As a Class B CDL Truck Driver and Laborer, your efforts play an essential role in the quality road construction we're famous for! You will be trained to learn a variety of different skills on highway projects - including joint sealing, tack coat spraying, and other specialized applications of materials. You take pride in keeping your truck clean and in good repair.
Attentive to detail, you comply with all regulations as you work alongside asphalt paving crews. You enjoy being part of a team that has a family-like atmosphere, and you love seeing the "before" and "after" results of your road construction efforts! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
<ul>
<li>Class B CDL driver's license with tanker endorsement and a good driving record</li>
<li>Hazmat endorsement is a plus, but not a requirement</li>
<li>Ability to meet the physical demands of the job such as climbing, bending, working in extreme weather, and lifting items up to 50 lbs.</li>

The candidate must have a proven track record of successfully managing public infrastructure and bridge maintenance construction projects. A successful candidate will have served as a construction project manager on contracts with a size over $500,000.00
Project Managers provide overall management direction to multiple projects, established project objectives and policies, maintain liaison with prime client contracts, and monitor construction and financial activities through administrative direction of on-site construction manager.
The effective Project Manager will also serve as a technical source of information on project plans, specifications, requests for information and shop drawings. Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Review and monitor all design and construction phase documents for conformance with the budget, schedule and prime contract.</li>

Work Context
* At times may work near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
* Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue and to effectively climb, jump, sprint or throw an object.

We also provide target control system operation and management, and set-up, test and operate assets for System for Naval Target Control (SNTC) and Portable Command and Control Unit (PCCU) support at local and deployed locations.
 
We are currently seeking to hire a detail-oriented and highly skilled Electronics Assembly Technician (Electronics Technician, Maintenance III) to join our dynamic team in a part-time capacity (about 9 hours a week). In this role, you will play a critical part in the fabrication and assembly of high-performance electronic components and systems used in advanced air vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soldering, circuit board assembly and harness fabrication, along with a keen eye for quality and precision. 
The following are basic requirements but other duties may be added as needed:
<ul>
<li>Fabricate and assemble wiring harnesses, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and coaxial cables in accordance with engineering specifications for integration into air vehicle platforms.</li>
<li>Operate a range of electronic assembly equipment including soldering stations, rework stations, microscopes, heat guns, crimping tools, and related tools with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.</li>
<li>Assemble complex harness configurations involving thru-hole, surface mount technology (SMT), and intricate interconnection schemes.</li>
<li>Perform manual assembly of printed circuit boards using SMT processes, ensuring optimal placement and alignment of components.</li>
<li>Assemble thru-hole PCBs using both manual and wave soldering techniques to ensure robust mechanical and electrical connections.</li>
<li>Interpret and follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics to fabricate and electrically verify harness assemblies to meet design and quality standards.</li>
<li>Perform functional checks and inspections of completed assemblies, identifying and resolving issues proactively.</li>
</ul>
Work Conditions:
<ul>
<li>Most work will be accomplished in a fast-paced office environment utilizing phone, fax, and desktop computer.</li>
<li>Ability to lift 30lbs. unassisted.</li>
<li>Position includes: 80% sitting, 5% reaching, 5% lifting, 5% walking and 5% standing.</li>
<li>No remote work available.</li>
<li>Office hours are from 6am - 3:30pm.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
Education/Experience/Skills:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, to preferably include aircraft and instrumentation experience.</li>
<li>Demonstrable thru-hole, SMT and interconnection skills.</li>
<li>Ability to use manual as well as wave soldering techniques.</li>
<li>For wiring, electronics, and instrumentation duties, IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification is preferred.</li>
<li>Possess a strong basic avionics/electronics background.</li>
<li>Must be knowledgeable in testing systems and components to ensure functionality in accordance with procedures defined in NAVAIR manuals using specified test equipment.</li>
<li>Work requirement includes using hand tools, power tools, and engine and electronics test equipment.</li>
<li>Must be able to read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.</li>
<li>Computer / Networking I MS Office.</li>
<li>Ability to pass an Industrial I FAA Class 3 or comparable physical (such as a commercial driver license physical).</li>
<li>Current Driver’s License required; must be able to be insured through company’s vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of employment.</li>
<li>U.S. Citizenship required and you must be able to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to start date and maintain a Secret clearance throughout employment.</li>
<li>All candidates will be required to pass background screening to include SSN, Driver Record, and Criminal Background Investigation.</li>
