Job Description The Division of Applied Social Sciences (DASS) at the University of Missouri invites applications for Assistant/Associate Professor of Agribusiness Management and MFA Chair in Agribusiness. The position supports teaching and research in DASS relating to agribusinesses, with a particular emphasis on cooperatives and producer-owned organizations. Areas of research relevant to this appointment may include new institutional economics, organizational economics, and transaction cost-based analysis of markets and organizations, as well as cooperative governance, management, finance, value chain coordination, collective action benefits to producers, and the interaction of these areas with cooperative performance and public policy implications. Candidates with backgrounds in economics, agricultural economics, and related fields are encouraged to apply. This is a nine-month appointment. The candidate hired at the Assistant Professor rank will be eligible for the endowed chair appointment upon successful promotion with tenure at the Associate Professor rank. The successful candidate will have research and teaching interests that complement DASS’s existing strengths in agribusiness and cooperative leadership, the economics of institutions and organizations, natural resource economics, community and international development, and policy analysis. <li>Graduate teaching in areas related to collective action, cooperative theory, new institutional economics, and/or public policy.</li>
<li>A strong program of research and scholarship consistent with that of a faculty member in an AAU research university.</li>
<li>A proven track record of obtaining external funding.</li>
<li>Outreach activities linked to rural development, as well as entrepreneurial (collective and otherwise) initiatives.</li>

Position Summary: The Development Director is instrumental in growing and overseeing LoveYourBrain’s multifaceted fundraising activities. As part of the leadership team and critical thought partner to the Executive Director, the position develops, implements, and manages a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve the goal of 15-20% financial growth annually. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing a nonprofit organizational budget of $1M+ with a diverse portfolio of revenue streams, and must have demonstrated success with:

Major and Mid-Level Donor Engagement &amp; Stewardship

<li>Lead and cultivate a portfolio of major and mid-level donors ($10K - $99K)</li>

Reporting to IRAP’s Executive Vice President, External Relationsand Chief of Staff, the Vice President (VP), Development will be anintegral member of the IRAP team, and involved in theorganization’s overall strategic development. Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Finance at Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) has oversight of the financial, risk management and information technology operations of the organization. In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Director of Finance is delegated a high degree of responsibility to recommend and implement fiscal policies and procedures in partnership with university colleagues to ensure that ASI operates appropriately within the financial policies of the California State University (CSU) Board of Trustees and the University, while sustaining sound business practices, and strengthening the financial health of ASI.
The Director of Finance will sit as a non-voting member and serve as an advisor to the ASI Student Board of Directors, which doubles as the Sacramento State Student Government. &nbsp;&nbsp;
The ASI Director of Finance serves as ASI administrator in charge in the absence of the Executive Director.&nbsp;
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Accounting

<li>Oversees the supervision and management of all aspects of the functional areas of the Accounting Services department, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, cashiering, fixed asset management, internal controls, policy development and implementation, legal, and audit compliance as well as maintenance of the general ledger.</li>

Minimum Qualifications

Director of Finance

The College of Science is seeking a Program Coordinator. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.
