The top two responsibilities of this role are as follows:

Job Description 
Assist electrical and control development of HVAC water source systems, including Design &amp; Testing of Electrical Boxes, Layout, Harnesses, Specifications and Optimizations of System and Components.&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Motor Control / Inverter (System Optimization, Specifications, Testing )</li>
<li>Testing and System Optimization (Simulation &amp; Lab Testing)</li>
<li>Assist performing engineering modifications &amp; Update drawings &amp; processes.</li>
<li>Electrical and Electronics support of new &amp; existing Products</li>
<li>Electrical designs including cable harnesses &amp; routings, component specs,</li>
<li>Write Reports, Document Data and Communicate Findings</li>
<li>Ownership to resolve technical problems or prompt response to address issues and escalate as needed</li>
<li>Adhere to Safety &amp; Security Protocols</li>
<li>Be a team player within cross function teams, understand multidiscipline needs (Engineering, Marketing, Assembly, Logistics, Purchasing,..etc ) and support them as needed</li>
<li>Support cross functional teams including designers, CAD, Lab Technicians, Manufacturing</li>
<li>Support Product &amp; Project tasks such as testing, lab and manufacturing.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
• B.A in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics&nbsp; ( Electrical, Software, Controls )
• Ability to work with multiple teams &amp; disciplines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate engineering requirements. • Take Ownership and Follow Task to Completion (Quality, Time, Cost )
• Ability to provide support and assistance, co-workers as appropriate
• Electrical/ Electronic Circuit &amp; System Analysis
