We are currently looking for an experienced Air Traffic Control Instructor II (Terminal) to join our Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team, partnering with SAIC at the Columbia (CAE) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) supporting air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
This position will require the candidate to initially work a Full-Time schedule until they reach certification status; hours will then be approximately 24 – 32 hours weekly.
The CTS Instructor is a hands-on position that requires the candidate to deliver the highest quality classroom effectively and consistently and/or simulation laboratory training to a wide variety of students including developmental air traffic controllers and Certified Professional Controllers (CPC).
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 air traffic controllers. They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day.
To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. The FAA utilizes Contractor-provided instructional services at FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories to ensure these training needs are met. The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers. SAIC must provide training and training related support services as required for all types and levels of ATC facilities.
Required Qualifications:
US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
The CTS Instructor candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of FAA CPC experience controlling live traffic, or recent experience as a contract Instructor at an FAA facility. Experience must have been at the same type and same [or greater] level of ATC facility as the Columbia (CAE) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT).
The successful candidate for this position must demonstrate strong technical skills with current ATC automation, simulation systems and procedures. This position will provide mentoring for students and Remote Pilot Operators (RPO) as well as participate in curriculum design and development. The selected candidate must demonstrate the knowledge and skills applicable for obtaining radar and/or non-radar simulation laboratory certifications at FAA air traffic control facilities within the U.S. National Airspace System.

Summary and nature of the position: 
Carry out work focused on the transport of cargo and purchased goods, air and sea. Process orders and ensure their fulfillment cycle, ensuring that cargo and/or merchandise is received in a punctual, efficient and safe manner. 

Essential duties and responsibilities: 
<ol>
<li>Follow up on all heavy and international cargo orders (air and sea). Continuously update the system with the latest information on heavy international (air and sea) cargo orders. This includes, but is not limited to, recording any changes to departure or arrival dates, progress in loading, transportation or clearance and any other relevant situation.</li>
<li>Ensure that each update accurately reflects the status of each order, ensuring traceability and proper control of shipments. </li>
<li>Ensure that each order progresses as planned, verifying each stage of the logistics process, from receipt of the request to final delivery and resolving any incidents or delays in a timely manner. </li>
<li>Obtain the necessary information from the supplier on the weight, measurements, point of origin and description of the load to request quotes from transport companies.</li>
<li>Actively seek this information if you do not have it available, either by contacting the provider directly or by reviewing the available documents. </li>
<li>Evaluate quotes and determine the most efficient options, comparing costs and speed of delivery. </li>
<li>Submit information required for the release of merchandise to the seaport and/or airport, as applicable, keeping a record of the documentation for future movements. </li>
<li>Analyze landed cost, considering transportation expenses, product price, taxes, and any other costs related to its purchase and transportation. </li>
<li>Evaluate whether the sales price established by the company is adequate compared to the landed cost according to the established standards and escalate to the Purchasing Manager any variation that suggests a loss for the company. </li>
<li>Keep transportation costs and sales prices updated in the system. </li>
<li>Make payment requisitions for brokers and carriers. </li>
<li>Review merchandise received against the supplier's purchase orders (POs) and invoice and identify discrepancies. </li>
<li>Enter the data of heavy cargo shipments, air invoices and channel the corresponding payments into SURI with the Accounts Payable staff of the Accounting unit in the Finance department. </li>
<li>Immediately communicate to the Purchasing Manager about delays or situations that alter or cause a change in the expected delivery date. </li>

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns across all of our broadcast platforms. You will assist with trafficking ads, managing creative assets, and providing ongoing support for campaign performance and reporting. This position directly reports to the Senior Manager, Advertising Operations.  WHAT YOU'LL DO:

<li>Prepare, build, and finalize daily commercial logs for The Cowboy Channel and The Cowgirl Channel.</li>
<li>Schedule commercial spots, paid programming, and program segments using WideOrbit.</li>
<li>Coordinate Program Change Notices and ensuring accurate log deadlines for media placements</li>
<li>Ensure all content adheres to client instructions, inventory availability, separation rules, and sponsorship requirements.</li>
<li>Oversee the timely and accurate completion of reports, including pre/post logs, delivery and liability reports</li>
<li>Coordinate live programming with master control and troubleshoot any on-air issues that may arise</li>
<li>Maintain Nielsen My Events with actual run times to ensure accurate Nielsen ratings</li>
<li>Create and apply formats used to build broadcast days to both scheduled and live programming. Ensure all formats have correct triggers for Master Control&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with Sales, Ad Operations, Programming, and Master Control teams to resolve conflicts and accommodate late changes.</li>
<li>Support the pre- and post-launch QA process for ad creatives, ensuring they are properly formatted and tested for performance</li>
<li>Manage and maintain copy/materials and traffic instructions process. From gathering all instructions and assets to input into Wide Orbit and upload to Master Control.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory usage and maximize revenue opportunities by optimizing spot placements.</li>
<li>Review and apply makegoods, preemptions, and schedule adjustments as necessary.</li>
<li>Confirm all logs are delivered to Master Control or Automation systems on schedule &amp; resolve any issues before the playlist goes live.</li>
<li>On-call Availability: Due to the nature of live sports events, this position will require availability after hours, including at times weekends and holidays, to address any urgent needs or emergencies that may arise.</li>
<li>After-Hours Communication: The role will include checking emails and responding to time-sensitive issues outside of regular office hours when necessary.</li>

Master Control Operator
Position Summary:
The Master Control Operator is responsible to keep the station on-air through our automation software. The Master Control Operator becomes the last quality control checkpoint prior to any material, program or show going on air. The Master Control Operator must communicate effectively with producer, traffic, programming, and engineering departments to ensure all programs, paid spots go on air accordingly. 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Must complete a Dub list to make sure all paid material was received correctly before it goes on air. </li>
<li>Must process and build an all-day playlist for the following day. </li>
<li>Check and review quality control (audio/video) of all material (spots, promos, and prerecorded shows) prior to airing.</li>
<li>Must monitor the screens and check daily playlist to ensure all shows, promos and paid spots air properly as programmed. </li>
<li>Ensure paid commercials air as scheduled.</li>
<li>Communicate with control room to give countdown for live shows. </li>
<li>Inform of any changes or discrepancies that can affect paid material. </li>
<li>Make a purge list when necessary. </li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school graduate.</li>
<li>Crispin Automation System, XDCAM and basic video editing knowledge is a plus. </li>
<li>Must possess exceptional communication skills.</li>
<li>Must have basic knowledge of MS office, word, and windows environment.</li>
<li>Must be able to act independently and make reasonable and cognitive decisions in the event of system failure and must be able to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.</li>
