Major Purpose

Pay Range
 $18.68 - $23.35 hourly, depending on experience. Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range.

Duties &amp; Responsibilities

Job Summary:
This is a full-time, in-person role based at our LA office at 5757 W Century Blvd. The official job title is Lead Care Manager (LCM). 
The Lead Care Manager (LCM) role involves developing personalized care plans, coordinating member services, and collaborating closely with members and families, as well as Primary Care Providers to ensure they receive necessary medical treatment and support. The LCM will consult with members to determine their needs, develop individualized action plans, and work with care teams to manage the member experience effectively. Providing emotional support, resolving administrative issues, and ensuring timely access to care are key aspects of the position. QUALIFICATIONS

<li>2+ Years of Experience in the Dental Field (REQUIRED) </li>

SCHEDULE &amp; LOCATION

<li>Work Hours: Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm </li>
<li>Office Locations:
<ul>
<li>Paloma Creek Dental - 2/3 days a week</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Dental Arts of Frisco - 2/3 days a week (10 miles from Paloma Creek Dental) </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>The Patient Care Coordinator will regularly split their time between both offices each week, based on scheduling needs. Reliable transportation is required.</li>
</ul>
PAY RANGE
<ul>
<li>$20-$25/hour DOE</li>

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Support all aspects of the dental office </li>
<li>Greet patients upon arrival </li>
<li>Manage schedules according to appointment schedule guidelines </li>
<li>Present and review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients </li>
<li>Organize and maintain case acceptance of 90% compliance rate </li>
<li>Maintain quick call system to maintain scheduling efficiency and effectiveness </li>
<li>Other tasks and duties as assigned by management </li>
</ul>
SKILLS
<ul>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li>
<li>Outstanding customer service and people skills, excellent phone etiquette </li>
<li>Knowledge of dentistry, basic principles, and terminology </li>
<li>Good organization and multitasking skills </li>
<li>Present treatment plans, schedule patient visits, collect patient co-pays, manage the providers schedule, understand insurance breakdowns </li>
