ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

<li>Instructs and trains students on basic procedures, goals, practices, regulations, and job requirements of vocational field.</li>
<li>Supervises, manages and maintains all training operations and equipment.</li>

The Therapeutic Recreation Specialty instructor is responsible for planning and instructing specialized classes and activities. Develops curriculum, prepares materials, instructs class, monitors participants, and evaluates classes. 
 
A day in the life:
The information provided below encompasses the typical duties and capabilities linked with this classification. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

<li>Plans, organizes and implements curriculum based upon overall program objectives and guidelines.</li>

Job Summary We are seeking a Medical Assistant Instructor to join our team! As an Instructor, you will be facilitating classroom teaching, following the agreed-upon class schedule, participating in student discussion boards, and responding to student questions or issues in a timely manner. You will also be grading classwork and providing feedback to help students understand their course materials, address upcoming concerns for students, and ensure each student has the tools they need to succeed. The ideal candidate must have a background in healthcare, has strong communication skills, and can cultivate a positive learning atmosphere. Responsibilities

<li>Maintain prewritten course schedule and timelines</li>
<li>Take students to long-term care facilities for practical/hands-on training.</li>
<li>Grade homework and provide constructive feedback to students</li>
<li>Participate in classroom discussions</li>
<li>Answer student questions to the best of your ability, helping students work through problems and find solutions</li>
<li>Cultivate a positive learning environment for students</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor degree preferred ( atleast an associate with five years of experience)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>The ability to multitask, and shift priorities as needed</li>
<li>Familiarity with online teaching platforms and grading systems</li>
