Additionally, the Coordinator ensures the establishment, supervision, and continuity of a standardized educational program, working closely with Case Management to maintain and update weekly resident schedules for optimal program delivery.
 
Required Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions
 
<ul>
<li>Oversee, train, and support any volunteers</li>
<li>Ensure chores are completed by residents and staff at the Education Center</li>
<li>Ensure the continuous operation of the educational services, classes, and programming for the Elijah Rising Restoration Program</li>
<li>Establish and maintains the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual class schedule encompassing various educational services such as literacy, computer skills, science, math, english, life skills, financial literacy, and more for the residents</li>
<li>Oversee the delivery of services ensuring seamless integration of all residents at every phase of the program</li>
<li>Participate in the selection and development of educational curriculum</li>
<li>Create all supplemental educational materials such as handouts, activity sheets, tracking systems, and measurement tools</li>
<li>Provide regular supervision of the classes in order to ensure proficient delivery of services</li>
<li>Develop and implements systems to track the efficacy of each class for residents</li>
<li>Provide additional tutoring support to residents as needed for the positive progression of intended outcomes</li>
<li>Help identify and remove any obstacles to learning for the residents in the education program</li>
<li>Create systems to motivate residents unto specific learning objectives</li>
<li>Maintain timely communication with staff and volunteers</li>
<li>Orient residents to the programs educational requirements and standards</li>
<li>Order, distribute, and organize all needed supplies for each term well in advance of classes</li>
</ul>
Reporting

<li>Report all required documentation in a timely manner</li>
<li>Oversee accurate reporting for all Education Mentors and volunteers</li>
<li>Retain meticulous attendance sheets to ensure the capture of education hours and attendees</li>

<li>Maintain the cleaning of the home, ensure that residents are completing daily household tasks and weekly chores</li>
<li>Track household supplies and replenish when needed</li>

<li>Provide maintenance issues to Residential Manager</li>
<li>Act as a mediator between residents when conflict arises</li>
</ul>
 
Resident Care
 
<ul>
<li>Uphold the policies, procedures, and core values of the program</li>
<li>Implement daily schedule and confirm transportation requirements for residents based on the individual service plans created by the Case Manager, engaging staff and volunteers as needed</li>
<li>Review and practice program policies and expectations regularly with residents</li>
<li>Conduct drug testing and room searches as needed</li>
<li>Oversee medication disbursement and complete medication logs daily including any medication changes</li>
<li>Support residents with needs such as filling and pickup of prescription refills</li>
<li>At times explore and organize resident outings while maintaining adherence to the allotted budget and schedule</li>
<li>Model behaviors that encourage personal wellness</li>
<li>Maintain healthy boundaries with residents and staff</li>
<li>Facilitates and oversees group activities, prayer, and curriculum work, as needed</li>
<li>Transport and accompany residents to appointments, reporting comprehensive post-visit summaries</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
