<li>Experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, Legal Assistant, or customer service role (preferably in a law firm, but not required)</li>
<li>Outstanding people skills and professional phone etiquette</li>
<li>Excellent communication, both verbal and written</li>
<li>Tech-savvy: comfortable using Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and phone systems</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li>
<li>A “team player” mentality with a service-first attitude</li>
<li>Based in California is preferred, but not required.</li>
