<li>Monitors transaction activity on Learning Management System and reconciles revenues and expenses to appropriate course and account and execute the appropriate charge-back method for the user.</li>
<li>Assist in marketing or filling classes by analyzing upcoming rosters and provide telemarketing support.</li>
<li>Generate reports for supervisors and managers to take appropriate actions.</li>
<li>Assist with shipping, deliveries, catering, and service/supplier management for facility operations.</li>

ACHC is currently recruiting a research-oriented individual with strong attention to detail to join our Regulatory team as a Regulatory Coordinator. This person will compile and submit required regulatory reports, ensuring that ACHC meets all requirements. Additionally, this Coordinator reviews and approves branch and services additions for all programs and provides assistance to our Account Advisors and their customers. As a regulatory expert, you will maintain state and licensure criteria while creating and updating tools for surveyors, providers, and ACHC Staff. The ideal candidate has prior Regulatory/Governmental experience and will possess exceptional organizational skills.
 
Responsibilities and Authority:

<li>Completes, submits and ensures accuracy of all reports submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for all programs.</li>
<li>a. Home Health &amp; Hospice ASSURE reports</li>
<li>b. Home Health &amp; Hospice scheduling report</li>
<li>c. DMEPOS reports</li>
<li>d. DMEPOS Annual Performance Report</li>
<li>Remains knowledgeable of CMS regulatory parameters to ensure ACHC is meeting all reporting requirements.</li>
<li>a. Collaborates with IT ensuring databases meet CMS requirements</li>
<li>b. Ensures database information is accurate</li>
<li>Creates and distributes internal reports as requested.</li>
<li>Updates Surveyor Central with regulatory changes.</li>

Education and Training:
<ol>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field preferred; will consider a combination of education and 3 to 5 years work experience in Accreditation and/or Regulatory Affairs.</li>
<li>Training/work experience in Quality monitoring, Accreditation and/or Regulatory compliance.</li>
</ol>
 
Skills and Experience:
 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the home care setting in a clinical, quality improvement, medical billing, or regulatory compliance capacity.
 2. Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
 3. Knowledge of DMEPOS/Pharmacy/Home Health/Hospice Accreditation a big plus.
 4. Excellent writing and proofing skills a must.
 5. Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel, the use of databases, and other office system programs.
 
This position is full-time and is located in Cary, NC, with hybrid remote-working privileges. Compensation includes base salary + annual bonus.
