What You Will Do:The role of the Patient Care Coordinator is to serve as a liaison between the Clinical staff and the patient to coordinate expenses, clinical care, and administrative needs. The Patient Care Coordinator collaborates with the Nurse Coordinators and takes daily direction from the Nurse Manager.

<li>Explains benefit details to patients including authorization requirements, copays, and deductibles.</li>
<li>Initiates appropriate collection activity in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Negotiates payment terms with customers in accordance with established guidelines to minimize collection agency potential.</li>
<li>Regularly reviews essential reporting and dashboards to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.</li>

Qualifications:

We are currently seeking a bilingual Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our Colorado Springs, CO team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, providing empathetic, nonjudgmental support in a clinic setting.
