Operations Administrator (Largo and Gaithersburg, MD): Coordination of internal and external client service requests. Administrative duties as described in responsibilities.

Essential Duties:
<ul>
<li>Uniforms &amp; Supplies Handling
<ul>
<li>Regular stock truck equipment including fire extinguishers, first aid kits, FR Equipment-Arc flash equipment for technicians, etc. </li>
<li>Process uniform orders, special/seasonal requests, handle weekly deliveries and distribution, verify weekly invoices, and submit for payment. </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Fleet Administration Support
<ul>
<li>Reconcile monthly bills, add &amp; delete trucks and tags-sold or new trucks.</li>
<li>Manage ParkMobile Program and parking ticket administration. </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Report &amp; Information Processing
<ul>
<li>Proper review, distribution, and filing of all submitted technical reports, including refrigerant reports, eddy current reports, vibration analysis, augury, oil sample report, etc. </li>
<li>Order oil analysis kits from Trane ChemLab and assemble for distribution, maintain appropriate stock levels.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date CFC licenses for all technicians in the appropriate software. </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Administrative Tasks
<ul>
<li>Reconcile Visa bill monthly; tool purchases, ParkMobile, Amazon, etc.</li>
<li>Training coordination and support for technician professional development and department meetings (on and off-site).</li>
<li>Collaborate with Service Administrator and Leadership to schedule and execute technician social events.</li>
<li>Collaborate with field and office leadership to contribute articles for company newsletters.</li>
<li>Work with department leadership to support and develop recognition of field and office associates</li>
<li>Maintain service personnel reference documents – flow charts, maps, profiles, and publish to Service SharePoint regularly. </li>
</ul>

Education and Experience Requirements:

<li>High school diploma required</li>
<li>Minimum 2-5 years of previous administrative experience</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel</li>
<li>Familiar with the HVAC or relevant industry</li>
<li>Self-motivated, determined</li>
</ul>

General Purpose: The Director of Educational Technology serves as a strategic and operational resource for the effective use of instructional technologies—including the learning management system (Moodle)—to enhance teaching, learning, and student success. This role combines system-level oversight with hands-on support to ensure the stability, usability, and academic alignment of digital tools.
This role has serves as a primary resource on the Hybrid Conversion Project under the direction of the L1 of said project - the Director of Curriculum and Instruction. Working closely with faculty, instructional designers, IT teams, and academic leaders, the Director guides the thoughtful selection, implementation, and integration of educational technologies that support diverse learning environments. The role also leads faculty training, user support, and the promotion of best practices in digital pedagogy, advancing the institution’s commitment to innovation, equity, and high-quality career-focused education.
Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Strategic Leadership and Planning:

<li>Develop and lead a vision for the use of educational technology that supports institutional teaching and learning goals.</li>

<li>Monitor trends and emerging technologies in digital learning to inform future strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with academic and curriculum leadership to identify and evaluate instructional technology needs and priorities.</li>

<li>Technology Implementation and Integration
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary Moodle LMS administrator, managing system configuration, updates, plugins, and user roles.</li>
<li>Coordinate the integration of Moodle with Zoom, SCORM, and other third-party tools.</li>
<li>Ensure LMS accessibility, data security, and FERPA compliance.</li>
<li>Supervise LMS projects and coordinate with IT for server-side support and login access management.</li>
<li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and respond to LMS tickets.</li>
<li>Collaborate with instructional designers and faculty to develop Moodle-based instructional content.</li>

Education and/or Experience: 
Minimum qualifications include:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Instructional/Educational Technology, Information Systems, Information Technology, Instructional Design, Education, or related field is preferred.</li>
<li> If the degree is not in one of the above-mentioned areas, or a directly related field, candidates with at least five years of related work experience or evidence of specialized training related to the field may be considered.</li>
<li>3+ years of Moodle administration experience, preferably in a higher education setting.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Moodle’s architecture, user roles, permissions, course setup, and plugin management.</li>
<li>Experience with Moodle integrations (SCORM, LTI, Zoom, etc.).</li>
</ul>
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Title: Phlebotomist / Patient Administrator (Laboratory Representative)
Supervisor: Program Director
Classification: Non-Exempt
 
Purpose: The Laboratory Representative will assist in specimen collection. The employee will be responsible for all issues related to laboratory specimen collection and procedures. The Laboratory Representative will be responsible for lab operations and managing supplies/materials. The Laboratory Representative will work closely with the Laboratory Manager and Technologist to ensure accreditation and compliance requirements for all lab operations.
 
Duties: The Laboratory Representative will conduct specimen collection and observance. The Laboratory Representative will conduct all duties assigned to them by the Lab Manager.
 
Physical and Work Conditions:
· Work is sedentary and ambulant with occasional physical exertion (lifting 30 or more pounds, walking, standing, etc.) ability to support patient weight in case of emergency or disability requiring assistance.
· Must be able to see, stoop, sit, stand, bend, reach, and be mobile (whether natural or with accommodation). Quality of hearing (whether honest or with capacity) must be acceptable.
