We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated CPR Instructor to join our team. As a CPR Instructor, you will play a crucial role in providing life-saving training to individuals and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPR instruction, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively.
Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct CPR training sessions for individuals and groups in accordance with established guidelines and curriculum.</li>
<li>Evaluate participants' performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their life-saving skills.</li>
<li>Stay updated on the latest CPR techniques, guidelines, and industry best practices.</li>
<li>Adapt training methods to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of participants.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate training schedules, locations, and materials.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and certifications.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and address participant inquiries or concerns.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CPR Instructor within the last 5 years.</li>
<li>Current CPR instructor certification from a recognized organization. (AHA)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of CPR techniques, AED usage, and first aid procedures.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to travel extensively as a full-time employee.</li>
<li>Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and locations.</li>
