SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Talent Acquisition Specialist position is an early career level role for a professional with relevant education, training or experience that will support human resources recruiting initiatives. This position is a part-time, 20 hours per week position that plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining talent while promoting the company’s culture, brand, and employee experience. The Specialist partners closely with hiring managers, supports the full recruitment lifecycle, assists with onboarding and compliance training, and contributes to internal and external marketing efforts through content creation, social media, events, and communications.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Associate Degree in Human Resources or Marketing is minimum requirement.</li>
<li>Open to early-career professionals with relevant education, training or experience such as internships, campus recruiting experience, or related coursework.</li>
<li>Experience with ADP Recruitment Tool is a plus. </li>

Qualifications

<li>High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li>
<li>Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build professional relationships with external vendors and customers.</li>

It is an opportunity to grow a book of business and build meaningful relationships in the transportation logistics industry. What makes a successful Client Solutions Manager (CSM):

<li>As a successful CSM, you will act as a&nbsp;business owner, entrepreneur&nbsp;and&nbsp;customer service specialist&nbsp;determined to&nbsp;build your own book of business&nbsp;by being the single point of contact for all your customer’s needs.</li>
<li>Utilizing&nbsp;expert oral and written communication skills&nbsp;to&nbsp;build and maintain positive relationships&nbsp;with new and existing customers.</li>
<li>Partnering with sales leadership&nbsp;and wanting to “think outside the box” to&nbsp;create strategies&nbsp;for prospecting new business.&nbsp;</li>

Day to Day Functions of a Successful CSM:
<ul>
<li>Call existing customers and utilizing Partnership Selling to increase sales.</li>
<li>Prospect new business and forge new relationships daily.</li>
<li>Work with operations to build and track loads.</li>
<li>Negotiate rates with carrier partners and valued clients.</li>
<li>Utilize multiple forms of communication such as telephone, e-mail, instant messenger, and other support software.</li>

What you need to bring to the table:

<li>You must be able to work full-time Monday through Friday.</li>

<li>A College Degree is preferred.&nbsp; However, relevant advanced sales or industry experience will be considered.</li>
<li>Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.</li>
