OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
Supervises Quality Assurance Coordinators and Quality Assurance Associates, to ensure that testing results, and laboratory quality operations follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), applicable sections of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), with emphasis on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act of 1988 (CUA), and applicable Takeda and BioLife policies, and quality initiatives.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
<ul>
<li>Hires, manages, plans, schedules, and evaluates the work of Quality Assurance Coordinators and QA Associates. Ensures that all inspection and test procedures are properly completed and documented. (20%)</li>
<li>Reviews all quality assessment results and determines whether to accept or reject final test results. (10%)</li>
<li>Works closely with Operations and Quality to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company-specific regulations related to quality of product and employee safety. (5%)</li>
<li>Adheres to the laboratory quality control policies, documents all quality control activities, instrument and procedural calibrations, and maintenance performed. (5%)</li>
<li>Identifies problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and either correct the problems or immediately notify the laboratory management. (10%)</li>
<li>Follow established corrective action policies and procedures whenever test systems are not within the laboratory's established acceptable levels of performance.</li>
<li>Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from established performance specifications.</li>
<li>Ensure that test results are not reported until all corrective actions have been taken and the test system is properly functioning. (5%)</li>

<li>IAM senior person to drive the solution architecture, engage with business on strategic initiatives, provide a strategic solution to critical business needs, provide technical oversight to engineering</li>
<li>Build the technical current and target state documents </li>
<li>Facilitate technical discussions internal stakeholders to meet target state objectives </li>
<li>Review polices standards, guidelines and procedures for IAM</li>
<li>Work closely with IAM Engineering to deliver the proposed solutions and provide strategic technical direction across the team </li>
<li>Work closely with peer groups to achieve Organizational objectives</li>
<li>Work closely with IAM Engineering for technical document delivery, technical support and hands on technical work </li>
<li>Oversee adherence to applicable Security Controls, Policies and Standards; partner with business owners and technology groups to synchronize plans to remediate gaps</li>

What you have 
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>8 + years’ experience in Information Security field, Information Technology field</li>
<li>Direct experience working within IGA / Access Management / Authentication/ Authorization technology</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with PING suite of products, HYPR passwordless, SSO, MFA, ID Verify.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, both oral and written skills are required</li>
<li>Experience in gathering requirements, documenting and assessing information for implementing information security policies and standards is required</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills</li>
<li>Strong initiative; self-starter; self-directed; ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Experience working with Leadership, Project Manager, Agile methodologies and handling multiple top priorities task</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification is preferred</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience in JavaScript, Python, Perl Scripts or any other programing language</li>
</ul>
