JOB TITLE: Administrator
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:&nbsp;
The Administrator is responsible for assuring that the daily operations of the facility comply with local, state, and federal regulatory and accrediting body standards. This position is responsible for all clinical, administrative, and business office operations. This role includes planning, organizing, delegating, coordination, staff utilization, budgeting, controlling, and marketing the services provided by the facility. In addition, the Administrator is responsible for the administration and supervision of all medical personnel and is accountable for the coordination of all medical care given and all related supporting services of the ambulatory surgical center and its personnel.
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations or Regional Vice President of Operations&nbsp;
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree, BSN, or RN preferred, or equivalent experience required with a minimum of four years of supervisory/management experience required.</li>
<li>ASC experience is highly preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of State, Federal and Accrediting Body regulations (AAAHC) and standards related to healthcare.</li>
<li>Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for own professional</li>
<li>advancement and that of others.</li>
<li>Experience in budgeting and personnel management</li>
<li>Evidence of continuing education directly related to the job specifications.</li>
</ul>
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Drive top-line growth &amp; cultivate strong physician relationships.</li>
<li>Owns and is accountable for organic top-line growth via increased volume, strategic service line growth, new physician recruitment, and increasing volume from existing physicians</li>
<li>Designs and executes physician recruitment and marketing programs designed to drive case volume growth via partnerships with physicians, medical groups, health system partners, local employers and third-party payers</li>
<li>Initiates, develops and maintains strong physician relationships to support topline growth, governance, board/partnership interests, and trust/confidence in Surgery Partners as a preferred partner and management company</li>
<li>Recommends, develops and executes short- and long-term strategic plans that drive best in class clinical, financial, and operational results</li>
<li>Partners with Director of Operations and/or Regional Vice President and other Surgery Partners leaders to design and implement various growth initiatives and operational effectiveness opportunities</li>
<li>Leads operational excellence.</li>
<li>Responsible for the center’s P&amp;L, including managing financial controls and reporting</li>
<li>Implements and maintains annual strategic business plans that best serves the partnership and the local market dynamics</li>
<li>Motivates and empowers facility employees to meet the facility’s mission and purpose.</li>
<li>Facilitates the development of appropriate working relationships with the Governing Board, Partners, Medical Staff, Departmental leaders, facility staff, patients, and family members.</li>
<li>Develops and manages the operating budget, capital budget, and projections to meet established goals.</li>
<li>Develops, implements, and oversees plans for cost-effective operations.</li>
<li>Oversees the fiscal management of the facility to ensure effective billing, collection, appeals, and accounts payable management.</li>
<li>Assistance to surgeons through provisions of adequately prepared service team members.</li>
<li>Delegation of responsibilities and duties to professional, technical, and ancillary personnel.</li>
<li>Responsibility for performance evaluation of all department personnel.</li>
<li>Coordinate administrative duties to ensure the proper functioning of the staff.</li>
<li>Coordinate the provision and control of materials, supplies, and equipment with the Director of Supply.</li>
<li>Coordination of activity within the O.R. suite.</li>
<li>Risk Manager Designee.</li>
<li>interviews, hires, counsels, and evaluates direct reports effectively and timely.</li>
<li>Participates in regular leadership development and develops and implements programs for leadership development of facility managers.</li>
<li>Assures that systems are in place to comply with State, Federal, and accreditation standards.</li>
</ul>

Job Description
CWCC, Inc. is accepting applications for an Administrator in Training. This position will work under a current childcare administrator and learn the day to day of running a childcare center.
General Description: The Administrator in Training will learn the roles and responsibilities of both a center director and a curriculum specialist and is responsible for helping ensure that child care programs are in conformance with company regulations and State child care licensing provisions and that their center is providing a quality early childhood educational program.
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
<ul>
<li>Daily operation of the center in a manner that contributes to the growth, development, safety and discipline of children.</li>
<li>Is able to view position as that of an administrator of a small business, utilizing cost efficient methods in all phases of operation and keeping all accounts receivable current.</li>
<li>Require compliance of center policies, practices and procedures. Recommend, prepare and implement written policies and procedures for the Center operations, consistent with all applicable regulation and NAEYC accreditation guidelines where appropriate.</li>
<li>Recruit and schedule children for the center; maintain accurate records on children enrolled in the program to include their development, attendance, immunization and general health; conduct program registration, and maintain appropriate files and waiting lists.</li>
<li>Develop and implement marketing strategies for the center.</li>
<li>Ensure well-being of children and quality of learning experiences.</li>
<li>Communicate with parents, staff, regulatory officials, and community service agencies.</li>
<li>Insure compliance with company and state regulations.</li>
<li>Evaluate classroom environments, make suggestions for improvements and directly ensure improvements are met.</li>
<li>Engage in continuous program evaluation with staff and plans for program improvements.</li>
