Position Overview &amp; Responsibilities
Daily management of assigned projects. Ensure quality and cost standards set by company are met in a timely, efficient and ethical manner.
What You Will Do:
• Participate with project scope, site assessments, site layout, and project details • Participate in pre-construction planning • Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to supervisor throughout project

• High level of communication with production managers to achieve goals of both production and construction departments • Maintain company equipment (skidloader, trailer, vehicle, power tools) • Must possess or attain CDL Class A driver's license and health card or be willing to obtain with support from the company
Travel required based on project location up to 25% of the work week for calendar year 2025. Travel percentage to increase to 75% starting in 2026. Travel will be a mixture of day travel and overnight travel.

Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or post secondary education and can read, write, and communicate in English and do basic math computations for length, area, and volume. 
The following certifications are required or combination thereof:
BS Civil Engineering
NICET Level 2 or higher in Transportation/Highway Construction
NECEPT Bituminous field certification
ACI/PennDOT Concrete field technician certification
PennDOT/PTC CDS certification
ECMS experience
OSHA 10-Hour certification

<li>Occasionally design project layout and acquire needed materials to complete specified project</li>
<li>Job site inspections to ensure project specifications are being followed and Pipestone quality standards are being met.</li>
<li>Ensure that all projects for which they are responsible are carried out efficiently</li>
<li>Monitors construction, schedule, and quality control</li>
<li>Provide guidance and technical support to resolve construction problems</li>
<li>Support design engineering phase of projects</li>
<li>Support negotiations with clients and suppliers</li>
<li>Weekly reporting to the Asset management team and additional team members as determined.</li>
<li>Carries out supervisory responsibilities within the Repairs &amp; Maintenance department in accordance with all policies and applicable laws.</li>
