Kentro is hiring an experienced Administrative Management Specialist to support USAID. The specialist will provide expert administrative and personnel management support to ORM leadership. The specialist will also lead operational planning, workforce optimization, policy interpretation, and coordination with HR and senior stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effective organizational transitions. 
Responsibilities:
