POSITION SUMMARY
Use standard measuring equipment to perform inspections of fabricated parts; perform various dimensional and visual inspections of materials and products; and report results of inspections.
ESSENTUAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Set-up and perform mechanical and electronic dimensional inspection of various products.</li>
<li>Perform receiving, in-process and final visual and dimensional inspection on all product lines.</li>
<li>Set-up and operate air gage equipment to measure products.</li>

<li>Utilize sampling plans as required by the specification.</li>

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB:

<li>Maintain active certification of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC J-STD-001.</li>

 Position Summary The purpose of the position is to operate heavy equipment and vehicles to repair gravity and pressurized sewer pipelines; inspection, evaluation, and maintenance of wastewater collection system force mains, trunk lines, manholes; maintain rights-of-ways; and perform related work as required. Position Responsibilities - Essential The tasks listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this position. <li>Operates heavy equipment, trucks, and specialized equipment in the clearing and maintenance of collection system rights-of-ways and repairing/maintaining sewer infrastructure; equipment operated includes, but is not limited to, trucks, trailers, tractors, bush hogs, excavators, backhoes, front-end loaders, bull dozers, forklifts, etc.; operates assorted hand/power tools, including jackhammers, pipe saws, chain saws, and pole saws.</li>
<li>Performs hydraulic and mechanical cleaning of sewer lines, treatment plants and lift stations; mechanically removes roots and debris as necessary; clears stoppages from lines and manholes.</li>
<li>Assists in locating, raising, and replacing manholes and with sewer line point repairs.</li>

Summary: Senior Aerospace SSP designs and builds metallic ducting and tubing structures combined with composite layup insulation built around these ducting systems. &nbsp;Products are designed in 3D using Catia V5/SolidWorks CAD software, after which the models are transferred to the Tool Designer to create a complete tooling package.
The Tool Design Engineer will coordinate and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers (ME), Quality Engineers (QE), and production to determine the scope of tooling design that best suit the application.&nbsp; They will work with Tool Designers and QE to ensure proper GD&amp;T and tolerance stack up of tool designs. &nbsp;They will act as liaison between Tool Designers, ME and QE to ensure that the drawing is reviewed and signed as quickly as possible in order to transfer the drawings to fabrication.&nbsp; The Tool Design Engineer will be the subject matter expert on tooling and gaging who focuses on implementation and design details, leaving ME and QE to focus on program and process needs.
Typical tools include assembly and weld fixtures, mandrels, drill jigs, templates, form dies, go/no-go gauges, etc.&nbsp; This position will assist the Tool Designers when product 3D model is not available by working with Design Engineer to create the model for tooling design. This position will require good knowledge of GD&amp;T to effectively apply feature tolerances for in-house and outsourced tool fabrication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under minimal supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Be able to identify product by size, type, style, color or product code.</li>
<li>Solid reading skills – must be able to read orders/match orders on shipping tickets to items picked.</li>
<li>Forklift experience a must</li>
<li>Good math skills</li>
<li>Working computer knowledge with the ability to learn our software system.</li>
<li>Ability to understand and execute instructions.</li>
<li>General understanding of the warehouse procedures.</li>
<li>Operate inventory control equipment, i.e., bar-coding equipment, handheld devices.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.</li>
</ul>
NOTE: This is a full time Warehouse position. The person chosen for this role will only be a Class B Truck Driver on an as-needed basis at this time.
Class B Commercial Truck Driver Duties &amp; Primary Responsibilities:
The Truck Drivers at Webb Supply deliver supplies and products to the branches of the company or to customers. Their objective is to deliver products in a safe and timely manner. They are to maintain proper documentation and logs of the goods they are hauling. Drivers are also expected to ensure proper functionality of their company provided delivery vehicle by way of regular inspection and maintenance. Drivers are expected to create and maintain various logs, such as vehicle logs, cargo logs, transfer logs, etc. They are also expected to keep current on driving regulations and required certifications to perform their job.
Other Roles &amp; Functions: Drivers are to report delays or other transportation issues to their respective branches, or in the case of a customer delivery, to the client. They are to obey traffic laws and company policies and procedures.
