JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
The Case Manager (Specialist) – Problem Solving Specialist provides intensive housing crisis response and case management services to eligible clients, meeting participants at least weekly. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Miles Mediation &amp; Arbitration is an Alternative Dispute Resolution firm with over 150 mediators and arbitrators across 12 locations throughout the United States. We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator, who will support our business development efforts in alignment with strategic local, regional, and national business development plans.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Acts as a primary point of contact for local, regional, and national sponsorships, conferences, and events. Coordinates logistics, interfaces with accounting/finance to process invoices, and works with marketing to execute sponsorship and conference needs and deliverables. Occasional travel is required to provide coverage at conferences or assist with hosting in-house events.</li>
<li>Manages internal event calendars.</li>
<li>Assists with managing the business development budget.</li>
<li>Supports data entry projects relevant to business development efforts.</li>

In this role you will act as a liaison between the Marketing/Brand teams, agency partners, and the MET team to drive awareness of process improvements and implement best practices and insight as it relates to print production and through to the warehousing and distribution of materials. </li>

Project Management

<li>Align concepts, specifications, and timelines with the marketing team based on historical usage data and pack size </li>

 RequirementsRequired Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor?s degree with at least 5 years of related work experience; </li>
<li>Project management experience; </li>
<li>Agency experience, print production knowledge; </li>
<li>Be able to develop contingency plans and manage multiple projects with similar timelines; </li>
<li>Strong communication skills, ability to communicate complex messages and explain new concepts; </li>
<li>Familiarity of commercial materials management process </li>
<li>Be familiar with development/management of brand goals, have excellent project management skills; </li>
<li>Proficiency Azure DevOps or similar project management systems required; computer literacy with a variety of software applications; </li>
<li>Able to resolve conflicts within the team before they become an issue, i.e. a strong mediator. </li>
