The Nurse Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of administrative and nursing functions of the Health Center, including the medical, mental, and physical care of Sister patients. This role oversees the planning, organization, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Health Center policies, procedures, and programs. The Nurse Administrator serves as a professional leader to staff and as an educator and advocate for patients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care in alignment with the organization’s mission and philosophy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative and Nursing Leadership (95%)

<li>Provides overall direction and supervision of Health Center operations in accordance with established administrative policies and procedures. Supervises all Health Center staff.</li>
