 Maintains and fuels all para-transit vehicles in conjunction with para-transit operations center. Performs light maintenance as necessary to buildings and grounds.

<li>Job DescriptionMajor Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Opens the gates to the lot and checks para-transit parking areas to ensure all can be dispatched in a timely manner. Re-positions any vehicles that may impede the traffic in the yard.</li>
<li>Opens the fuel island, takes accurate stick and meter readings, and turns in inventory sheets at the end of the day.</li>
<li>Maintains accurate records and completes Bulk Fuel Receiving Report, Fuel Variance Report, Closing Month-end Report and Meter Calibration Report.</li>
<li>Notifies the Manager or designee when a fuel delivery is required and ensures that accurate stick readings are taken before and after delivery. In addition, ensures that proper procedure is followed during delivery.</li>
<li>Checks and fills the oil, antifreeze, power steering, transmission fluid, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid and belts on vehicles being fueled. Ensures that adequate supplies to perform checks are maintained at the fuel island. Communicates with the shop foreman regarding supplies and oil inventory dispensed into equipment.</li>
<li>Twice a week, checks tires for damage and proper air pressure. Tire damage must be reported to the shop immediately.</li>
<li>Inspects all vehicles during fueling or on a regularly scheduled basis for physical damage. Any damage will be reported immediately to the Manager or designee.</li>
<li>Maintains the required inventory in the spill barrel and notifies the Manager any time supplies are used or replaced.</li>
<li>In the event of a fuel spill, takes all necessary steps to contain the spill. The Manager or designee must be notified immediately.</li>
<li>Maintains adequate inventories and supplies to make minor repairs and facilitate the washing of vehicles.</li>
<li>Cleans interiors and exteriors of vehicles as required to maintain cleanliness of the fleet.</li>
<li>Performs maintenance of buildings and grounds to include yard cleanliness, grass and weeds or any other yard projects that are assigned as necessary.</li>
<li>Performs any other management requests or directives as requested.</li>
</ul>

• Manage, staff and supervise ramp control operations and all components of Searidge technologies and associated systems to include but not limited to the following:

• Collaborate, develop, draft and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) / Contingency Operations Plans (“COPs”)
• Develop, coordinate, and distribute seasonal and daily gate assignments for all airlines in accordance with the Authority’s Joint Common Use Facility Policy. 
• Coordinate day-of gate assignment changes for irregular operations, schedule conflicts, and other circumstances as needed. The Authority will retain ultimate oversight and approval for seasonal and daily gate assignments.
• Ensure adequate number of qualified staff per work shift to ensure proper coverage during the 17-hour workday. Staffing shall include qualified staff and supervision of all the activities relating to the VRCR services at the Airport
 · Staffing operate the VRCR seven days a week, 17 hours per day, typically from 0600L to 2300L in two work shifts, or as otherwise directed by the Authority. Transfer of control during off hours to the FAA will be in accordance with a Letter of Agreement (“LOA”) between the Authority and FAA ATCT. 
Requirements:

<li>Must be a US Citizen (REQUIRED).</li>
<li>Air Traffic Control and Ramp experience required.</li>
<li>Respond to staff related issues and requests and will serve as VRCR Subject Matter Expert at coordination meetings.</li>
<li>Oversee VRCR staff’s dress and conduct exceed Airport/company standards at all times. </li>
<li>Oversee Airport-issued security badges for self and staff, as a condition of employment.</li>
<li>Recruit, hire, and train staff to operate the VRCR.</li>
<li>Provide continuous staffing to operate the VRCR.</li>
<li>Serve as the project lead for the licensing of two new ramp control frequencies, including a primary and backup frequency. </li>
</ul>
Prepare and submit license application requests with the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) and provide updates to Authority and FAA ATCT staff on frequency development and implementation.
• Serve as the project lead for the development, drafting, and implementation of all SOPs, Memorandums of Understanding (“MOUs”), and LOAs between Operator, the Authority, and FAA ATCT as related to the operation of the VRCR. 
This will include at a minimum:
 · Identify areas of responsibility between Operator and FAA ATCT.
 · Designation of handoff points for arriving and departing aircraft.
 · Familiarization with RPT ramp, including locations of gates, taxi-lane, taxi-lane throats, spot markings, and signage.
 · Procedure for handoff of gate operations during off hours, or unavailability of VRCR staff.
 · Procedures for Contingency Operations Plans (“COP”) in the event of system outages.
 · Procedures for COP in the event of ATC-Zero operations.
• Provide monthly invoices to the Authority detailing contractual expenses, as well as maintaining and preparing operational activity reports on operational issues and statistics as directed by the Authority. Operator shall keep all business records on file for five years or as otherwise directed by the Authority.
• Report equipment outages immediately to Searidge, SITA and / or the Authority as appropriate for any maintenance / service requests. Operator will receive training from Searidge to conduct Level 1 service. Service requests categorized as Level 2 and above will be resolved by Searidge. The Authority will provide training for SITA RMS and related equipment.
• Attend the monthly Airline Manager’s Meeting to discuss seasonal airline schedule updates.

Summary
Responsible for helping clients install, repair, and maintain air separation equipment. Travels to domestic and international destinations to perform field service duties requiring skilled instrumentation, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting and repair equipment. Provides diagnostic and troubleshooting and training support to PCI customers via telephone, web-based applications, in accordance with established operating procedures.

Qualifications The ideal candidate is good with customers, detail oriented and diligent with documentation and reporting; highly experienced in operating and maintaining manual and automated air compression and/or air separation systems. Understands data acquisition systems and instrumentation and has experience with oxygen safety and material compatibility.

Education and/or Experience 
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three (3) or more years of related experience working with automated and manual fluid systems and/or air separation technology. Relevant experience gained from the military or industrial gas industry is preferred.
Other Qualifications
· Three (3) or more years of experience working on/maintaining/troubleshooting, air separation equipment including pressure swing adsorption (PSA), vacuum/pressure swing adsorption (VPSA), membrane separation and/or cryogenic distillation of air (PCI GAMMA). Support PCI’s DOCS, SGNSC and cryogenic product lines.
· Able and willing to work over-time as needed, including weekends.
· Must be readily available and willing to travel with less than 24 hours’ notice.
· Obtain and retain a valid and current U.S. Passport along with any applicable visas.
· Travel domestically and internationally (including Canada) up to 50% of the time on a project-basis required.
· Must be able to pass/meet international entry requirements to include background checks.
· Demonstrate good attendance and reliability.
· Willing to be cross trained in other areas of manufacturing and testing equipment.

<li>Maintains accurate records and completes Bulk Fuel Receiving Report, Fuel Variance Report, Closing Month-end Report and Meter Calibration Report.</li>
<li>Notifies the Manager or designee when a fuel delivery is required and ensures that accurate stick readings are taken before and after delivery. In addition, ensures that proper procedure is followed during delivery.</li>
<li>Checks and fills the oil, antifreeze, power steering, transmission fluid, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid and belts on vehicles being fueled. <li>Cleans interiors and exteriors of vehicles as required to maintain cleanliness of the fleet.</li>
