The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is to ensure patient satisfaction and outstanding patient customer service. They are the liaison between the provider (Doctor and/or Hygienist) and the patient. They are knowledgeable about all scopes of dentistry and treatment options. They will coordinate as needed with other offices who share in the care of the patient, following through on all referrals and correspondence. They are responsible for scheduling, patient account management, and payments. They must be able to effectively communicate.
