Position Summary:
The Housing Manager provides strategic leadership, oversight, and coordination for all aspects of Marjaree Mason Center’s housing programs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services to survivors of domestic violence while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and grant requirements. Responsibilities include managing operations, programming, and staff within the Housing Department; developing and implementing systems, policies, and procedures; monitoring program performance and outcomes; and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. The Housing Manager also oversees budgetary planning, grant compliance, facility safety and cleanliness, and community partnerships to enhance service delivery. As the subject matter expert for housing programs, this position represents MMC in external engagements, supports professional development within the team, and champions a culture of resiliency and inclusion in alignment with MMC’s mission and strategic objectives. 
 
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities include the following:

<li>Provide overall leadership and vision for all aspects of the Housing Program, including operations, programming, and management of staff, after-hours response, and consultation with staff as needed. </li>
<li>Leads the team and vendors in developing and implementing effective systems, policies, and procedures for the Housing department. </li>
<li>Ensure the program staff adheres to organizational and grant policies, processes, and procedures. </li>

<li>Develop and implement strategic program plans for the shelter and housing department that align with and support the organization's overall mission, vision, and strategic objectives. <li>Reviews and monitors case plan progress of all clients- via review files, meeting with Case Managers </li>
<li>Strategically develop, nurture, and expand community partnerships that include but are not limited to community-based organizations, government agencies, and housing resources to create a network that enhances service delivery, expands reach, and provides holistic support for domestic violence survivors. </li>
<li>Develop, review, and continuously refine program-specific policies and procedures that align with organizational mission, best practices in domestic violence services, and regulatory requirements, including updating all housing program handbooks. </li>
<li>Oversee facility management by monitoring the cleanliness of spaces, promptly addressing health and safety concerns, coordinating with the Facilities Department for maintenance needs, ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant environment for staff and clients. </li>
<li>Serve as the subject matter expert for all housing and shelter programs, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the organization. </li>
<li>Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert and primary representative to external stakeholders and committees, acting as the spokesperson to the community as needed, delivering community presentations, conducting media interviews, and facilitating training sessions as needed. </li>
<li>Management of human resources functions for the housing department, including interviewing and selecting staff, training and coaching staff, scheduling staff, timesheet review and use of HRIS, monitoring staff progress, and conducting performance evaluations. </li>
<li>Collaborate with the Human Resource Department to initiate, lead, and implement a staff, volunteer, and intern development program, encompassing onboarding, training to functional proficiency for job roles, and developing ongoing learning opportunities through workshops, webinars, and training to foster a culture of professional growth. </li>
<li>Support cross-training to ensure an adaptable workforce and eliminate any skill gaps. </li>

Required Education and Experience:

Position Summary
The Regional Services Manager evaluates, supervises, and provides administrative oversight of supportive services for various properties within the PROSPERA portfolio. The position oversees the implementation of activities and program initiatives tailored to organizational objectives and built around the Non-Medical Drivers of Health (NMDOH).
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

<li>Oversee implementation and adherence to Resident Services initiatives and policies to assure ongoing compliance with organizational objectives.</li>
<li>Collaborate with partnering agencies to bring uniform programs and services to the Resident Services Department.</li>

<li>Coordinate and complete regular quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and Grantor regulations and requirements.</li>

Job Summary
The Resident Services Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Resident Services team, including direct supervision of Resident Services Coordinators (RSC). <li>Complete program documentation and paperwork in accordance with MHALA, County Contracted Provider, and funding source standards and requirements. This includes documenting 5 hours of interventions per day with a 24-hour turnaround.</li>

Position requirements:

<li>High school diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Minimum of one year of experience providing psychosocial rehab related services to a disabled population required</li>
<li>Bachelor degree in a human related field preferred</li>
<li>Driving with current class C driver’s license, a vehicle for transportation, proof of valid automobile insurance, the ability to be insured by MHALA liability insurance are conditions of employment</li>
<li>Must possess a high level of tolerance, patience, and understanding for individuals who present for services with multiple needs, issues, and problematic behavioral characteristics in a busy and unstructured work atmosphere</li>
<li>Must be able to demonstrate the ability to develop, nurture and maintain good community relations on behalf of the organization</li>
<li>Knowledgeable of the harm reduction philosophy and effective in the practice motivational interviewing</li>
<li>Must function well in a team-oriented approach to member services</li>
<li>Valid CPR certificate preferred</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook</li>
<li>Flexible work schedule to include some evenings or weekends, and on call cell phone services when necessary</li>
<li>TB clearance and re-testing every year are conditions of continued employment</li>
