JOB SUMMARY
This carpentry position works on the inside of building structures, in our facility, installing millwork and inside trimming.
JOB HOURS
<ul>
<li>Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM</li>
<li>Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM</li>
<li>Overtime available</li>

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
<ul>
<li>Install millwork and trim in new construction homes &amp; buildings including but not limited to rosettes, baseboard trim, window trim, inside &amp; outside corners.</li>
</ul>
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS
<ul>
<li>Carpenter trimmer/finishing job experience.</li>
<li>Knowledge in operating tools required to perform job duties.</li>
<li>Ability to read a tape measure and do basic math.</li>
<li>Skill in lifting and moving materials, 50+ lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to be on feet continuously throughout the day.</li>
<li>Work independently and as a team member. </li>
<li>Attention to detail.</li>

Minimum Qualifications: Trimming/finishing carpentry experience; OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Amazing opportunity for a skilled Auto Trimmer! We need someone to fulfill mattress, cushion and wall upholstery orders for our full builds. We would love a self-motivated individual who is excited about creating high quality items for our vans with room to create new products! Responsibilities ● Small scale product development and custom fabrication ● Work with suppliers to determine correct material usage and implementation ● Work independently to design, fabricate, and install upholstery and trim items in Adventure vans (Mattresses, cushions, window shades, bug nets and panel upholstery) ● Excellent time management skills ● Wrap interior paneling and other components ● Aid in auto trimmer/upholstery related production items ● Modify soft good items ● Safe operation of industrial sewing machine and other sewing related equipment ● Maintain a safe and clean work environment ● Follow all Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) Rules and Regulations ● Request inventory for items associated with the Auto Trimmer scope of work as stock runs low ● Daily 3’Sing ● Handle the tools you have been given with care and respect ● Able to work in cooperation with a team, take directions from a supervisor to ensure the work is completed to standards, and take pride in creating quality products. ● Reliable work ethic, and the ability to comply with health and safety best practices. ● Ability to interpret CAD drawings for correct assembly Qualifications ● 2-5 years of auto-trimming/upholstery experience ● 2-5 years of sewing experience ● Strong documentation and organization skills ● Valid Drivers License and clean driving record (no history of DUI/DWI) ● Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly ● Able to work in a warehouse/shop environment &nbsp;

Introduction: Triangle T Construction is seeking dedicated and skilled carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality. We are a group of carpenters that are looking to add individuals who enjoy what they do as well as value their time off we work a four ten schedule. Weather can affect which four days, but we value work hard play hard.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in the construction of High-end residential projects</li>
<li>Conventional framing, siding, as well as window and door installation</li>
<li>Follow directions and work together as a team to complete tasks accurately</li>
<li>Operate and maintain construction equipment such as telehandlers and man lifts.</li>
<li>Load and unload materials and equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe work area by cleaning up and staying organized</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Have a good attitude and enjoy working outside</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Be familiar with construction terminology i.e. trimmer header cripple rafter</li>
<li>Proven experience as a carpenter in a similar role.</li>
<li>Ability to operate construction machinery safely.</li>
<li>Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.</li>
<li>Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and tools.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:

<li>Certification in construction safety or related field.</li>
<li>Experience with framing</li>
</ul>
Working Conditions:

<li>Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions.</li>
