About the Role:
As an Executive Strategist and Vice President, Executive Strategists Team (EST), you will lead the team of Executive Strategists across key Public Sector and Healthcare verticals— healthcare, federal, education, state and local government. This role is instrumental in shaping CrowdStrike’s Public Sector vision, delivering thought leadership to customers and partners, and enabling collaboration across the company. PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOB:&nbsp; The Extension Associate – Forestry and Invasive Plant position in the Forestry and Natural Resources program will support invasive plant management efforts in the Franklin, Owen, and Henry County region of Kentucky. 
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This position will coordinate the joint efforts of Kentucky State University (KSU), the Frankfort/Franklin County Joint Task Force on Invasives, and related initiatives to improve natural lands in the target region. These efforts include cooperative invasive plant management, tracking invasive plant infestations, training and education events, and pursuit of funding opportunities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
<ul>Plan and implement invasive plant management efforts in the Franklin, Owen, and Henry County region of Kentucky.Identify and track invasive plant populations and management efforts in the target region.Develop public and professional training and education opportunities and support partner efforts.Provide technical guidance to landowners and professional partners regarding invasive plant management practices and situations.Pursue funding opportunities and develop new partnerships related to invasive plant management.Safely and efficiently operate university vehicles, herbicide application equipment, chainsaws and other land management implements. The Role:
The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. The Associate Dean also serves on a variety of college and university committees and acts in the Dean's absence.&nbsp;

Associate Dean, College of Education & Professional Studies (CEPS)

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Finance at Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) has oversight of the financial, risk management and information technology operations of the organization. In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Director of Finance is delegated a high degree of responsibility to recommend and implement fiscal policies and procedures in partnership with university colleagues to ensure that ASI operates appropriately within the financial policies of the California State University (CSU) Board of Trustees and the University, while sustaining sound business practices, and strengthening the financial health of ASI.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Accounting 
<ul>
<li>Oversees the supervision and management of all aspects of the functional areas of the Accounting Services department, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, cashiering, fixed asset management, internal controls, policy development and implementation, legal, and audit compliance as well as maintenance of the general ledger.</li>
<li>Provides insight and education regarding ASI and CSU Sacramento budget and financial operations to the ASI Student Board of Directors, full-time staff, student-staff, campus partners and the student community at a level of their understanding.</li>
<li>Oversees the preparation of the annual financial statements and 990 for ASI and the Union WELL.</li>
<li>Facilitates implementation of quality standards and priority criteria for service processes.</li>
<li>Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through assessment, staff training, and resource development. Ensures compliance with state and federal tax laws and reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with all internal controls and identifies potential improvements to increase efficiency of operations and security of company assets.</li>
<li>Evaluates changes in policies, laws, and available resources for impacts and adjustments to related policies, procedures, and staff responsibilities.</li>
<li>Coordinates plans for testing, training, and implementing new and upgraded financial systems.</li>
<li>Manages corporate response to auditors during the annual external audit, CSU audits, and other agency audits.</li>
<li>Prepares reports and supporting documentation for year-end financial statements and state and federal income tax filings.</li>
<li>Reviews and approves internal audits of petty cash, change funds, and inventories of assets and resale products.</li>
<li>Responsible for all cash management activity within the organization to meet short and long-term financial requirements.&nbsp;</li>

Long Term Financial Planning, and Forecasting
<ul>
<li>Develops financial forecasts to determine necessary funding levels for ASI regarding distribution/allocation of fiscal resources.</li>
<li>Monitors the use of student fee revenue and recommends timing and levels of necessary fee increases.</li>
<li>Develops long-term capital funding plans and budgets including maintaining appropriate reserve increases.</li>
<li>Manages investment and banking operations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Advises Executive Director on all financial matters.</li>
</ul>
Fiscal Services
<ul>
<li>Serves as an advisor to the ASI Student Board of Directors. Provides guidance and support to all elected ASI student officers, especially the ASI Student Vice President of Finance, in the fulfillment of their responsibilities, and to student club and organization officers on the use of ASI funds.</li>
<li>Organizes, directs and supervises the preparation of ASl's annual budget in accordance with the guidelines provided by the ASI Finance and Budget Committee.</li>
<li>Implements the approved budget, and works with ASI department directors to ensure that operations remain within the scope of the approved budget.</li>
<li>Coordinates with the ASI Student Vice President of Finance in the annual budget review process.</li>
<li>Develops and presents ASI budget to the ASI Student Board of Directors and reports on budget status throughout the year to the Student Board of Directors.</li>
<li>Oversees the management of corporate bank accounts.</li>
<li>Oversees internal audit plan; acts as liaison to external audit firm.</li>
<li>Monitors gifts and donations, sales tax liability, fixed asset management and inventory, insurance coverage, and contractual agreements that bind ASI.</li>
<li>Serves as a key resource to ASI Student Government/ASI Student Board of Directors regarding fiscal policies, procedures, and processes.</li>
<li>Fulfills ASl's responsibilities as fiscal agent for the State Hornet Newspaper and Union WELL.</li>

This position supervises the Communications Manager and the Development work of the Administration and Development Coordinator, which includes the processing of donations and database operations. The role requires close collaboration with the Programs Director and program staff for their narrative and budgetary contributions to the proposal development process, and to ensure that Development goals and deliverables align with Vital Communities’ programmatic needs. As a Level I Technical Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for merchants utilizing our web chat feature. Responsibilities include answering chat inquiries regarding Fortis services, maintenance changes, basic terminal and gateway support, gateway closures and transaction research. This role requires effective written communication documentation skills. 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 
Level I Technical Support Representative: 
<ul>
<li>Effectively resolve all incoming chats:</li>
<li>Zeamster technical inquiries</li>
<li>Zeamster integration inquiries</li>
<li>Transactional research</li>
<li>Customer Support requests (transfer to Customer Support)</li>
<li>Basic 3rd party gateway support</li>
<li>Basic terminal support</li>
<li>CoS/ToS requests</li>
<li>Basic software conversions</li>
<li>Gateway closures</li>
<li>Develop an understanding of the different types of file builds including Retail, Restaurant, MOTO, Internet, Lodging.</li>
<li>Escalate issues to the proper contacts with the Processor directly or internally. </li>
<li>Work with the Processor or Internal Departments at Fortis for a resolution </li>
<li>Utilize resources and techniques to answer basic questions and solve problems via web chat.</li>
<li>Understand the functionality of the Fortis (Zeamster) Gateway and effectively communicate the functionality of the system to merchants. </li>
<li>Understand the functionality of our 3rd party gateways and effectively communicate the functionality of the systems to merchants.</li>
<li>Understand the payment industry networks, partnerships and demonstrate the ability to work with different payment platforms.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Associates degree in computer science or related work experience</li>
<li>Payment industry experience preferred but not required</li>
<li>IT or computer repair background preferred but not required</li>
<li>Demonstrated customer service skills</li>
<li>Must have ability to communicate well with external and internal partners both in written and verbal form</li>
<li>Strong problem solving and analytical skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated organizational skills and follow-through </li>

Job Overview As part of the SIPRNet Enterprise Service Center, you will join a team of elite Service Desk Technicians that cover a 24x7x365 Service Desk for the entire Air Force. This position is open at Peterson SFB.
Shift needed: Nights 10pm-6am, Saturdays thru Wednesdays. This role is 100% onsite.
Provides onsite Tier 2-3 technical support and analysis to global Air Force and Space Force base IT personnel and customers. The candidate(s) must be able to assist local and remote users with complex IT-related issues and support daily IT Operations. The successful candidate(s) must possess solid interpersonal skills in addition to high technical aptitude. Position is designated as "Mission Essential”.
What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Manage Service Desk queues, identify trends, provide improvement plans and resolve tickets</li>
<li>Provide expertise for the resolution of technical problems and troubleshoot issues</li>
<li>Respond to and update Service Desk tickets</li>
<li>Create/Receive/Escalate/Track work orders and incident tickets</li>
<li>Properly route work orders and incident tickets to the appropriate group</li>
<li>Create and modify accounts in Active Directory</li>
<li>Monitor network for outages</li>
<li>Resolve incidents using internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and OEM SMEs</li>
<li>Assist with reactive and proactive Problem Management</li>
<li>Support Change/Asset Management as required, via ticketing processes.</li>

<li>Monitor the network, applications, configurations, server configurations, NetFlow, logs, device tracker, virtualization, database performance, storage performance, and patch management</li>
<li>Identify, document, and resolve end-user issues/problems encountered on network/computing equipment</li>
<li>Coordinate with Service Desk Manager for performance of asset inventory, hardware orders, equipment movement, and shipping needs</li>
<li>Other project support as needed</li>

You will support the network and end user devices for the customer base, ensuring stability through advanced troubleshooting, timely resolution of incidents, and proactive maintenance to provide the maximum availability and optimal Mean Time to Repair.
Customer experience is key and thus the Service Desk Technicians may provide training to customers. All work is performed inside enclave located on an active military base; no Travel is required. Service Desk Technicians will partner and build relationships with internal developers and engineers to reduce reoccurring incidents. General types of tickets involve requests for assistance with installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of designated systems, accounts, and services.
QUALIFICATIONS Associates degree in Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent 2 – 3 Years of relevant experience; Minimum of 3 years supporting end-users of networked computers (laptops/desktops); Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a call center/service desk environment

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team, specializing in industrial motor products. This role is critical in providing technical assistance to customers ensuring quick and effective resolution of technical issues and inquiries.
Responsibilities:

<li>Bachelors' degree and 2 years' experience in technical sales or technical support or customer service</li>
