PHI’s Senior Workforce Intervention Specialist works to improve job quality for direct care workers by contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of PHI’s practice-based employment and training models. As a part of PHI’s Workforce Innovations Team (WIT), they will specialize in leading engagements related to operationalizing and evaluating meaningful advancement opportunities that expand the direct care career ladder; additionally, they may support programs aimed at strengthening recruitment and retention practices, creating a coaching culture, developing adult-learner centered training, and assessing direct care job quality. Outstanding skills in critical thinking, proactive leadership, written and verbal communication, relationship building, and workforce and organizational development are essential for success in this role. &nbsp;
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Lead the implementation of PHI practice-based job quality interventions, including creating and maintaining work plans and timelines, managing partner relationships, executing project activities, and reporting progress to PHI’s Vice President of Workforce Innovations through verbal and written communication.</li>
<li>Build and manage relationships with numerous strategic workforce partners – including long-term care employers, payors, advocates, and others - to support collaboration and the successful integration of job quality practices.</li>
<li>Provide technical assistance and consulting to project-based partners to support program design, implementation, and evaluation; this will include intensive, hands-on support to project partners to assess and modify organizational practices in support of implementing and maintaining workplace environments conducive to high-quality direct care jobs.</li>
<li>Routinely meet programmatic deadlines and proactively communicate impediments to the Vice President of Workforce Innovations.</li>
<li>Produce high-quality project deliverables in line with PHI and WIT acceptance criteria including PowerPoint slide deck presentations, external and internal reports, project worksheets, assessment tools, workflows, and other items as needed to meet project goals.</li>
<li>Plan, facilitate, and document meetings, informational sessions, webinars and other interactions with external partners; this could include coordinating planning with WIT and other PHI staff members, sending meeting invitations and conferencing information to attendees, creating and disseminating agendas, facilitation, documenting and archiving associated notes, and establishing next steps.</li>
<li>Collaborate with WIT staff to coordinate team roles, optimize efficiency, and meet project goals.</li>
<li>Work with WIT staff to support the development of PHI’s online and in-person workforce training curricula; act as a subject matter expert to inform the creation of contextualized content that reflects the lived experiences of workers within a PHI intervention.</li>
<li>Work with WIT to apply principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion to PHI’s job quality models; contribute to the development of new workforce training and practice strategies aimed at improving job quality for a diverse direct care workforce.</li>
<li>Collaborate with PHI’s Vice President of Research and Evaluation and Vice President of Workforce Innovations to develop and implement evaluation efforts that build the evidence base for sustained investment in direct care job quality interventions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with PHI’s Director of Philanthropy to provide project data and information as needed to support funder reporting and communication efforts.</li>
<li>Serve as a resource to PHI’s Policy Team on workforce and organizational development practices as needed.</li>
<li>Promote PHI’s school of thought and the dissemination of effective practice models through speaking at conferences, contributing to PHI’s blog, and cultivating external relationships to bring in new business. QUALIFICATIONS</li>
<li>Minimum five years’ experience in workforce and organizational development, preferably within the long-term care, aging, and/or disability sectors.</li>
<li>Proven experience successfully designing, leading, and evaluating complex interventions from inception to completion in alignment with organizational strategic impact aims.</li>
<li>Advanced ability to show proactive, independent leadership while maintaining communication and connection to team members.</li>
<li>Experience working within an Agile framework preferred, though not required.</li>
<li>Experience with adult-learner centered curriculum development and facilitation preferred though not required.</li>
<li>Experience with facilitating interactive adult-learner centered training in-person and online preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Experience working effectively with and facilitating collaboration among diverse individuals and groups.</li>
<li>Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent writing skills, including the ability to write in a variety of formats for a range of audiences.</li>
<li>Outstanding public speaking skills across a range of audiences.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.</li>

SALARY AND BENEFITS
This is a full-time, salaried position with a base salary range of $90,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with skills and experience.

Job Summary
Summary: Ensures that all audio visual requirements requested by clients are met and will be able to interface various types of audio visual, communication, and presentation technology. Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring timely responses to all inquiries for space or service needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Reviews customer and meeting planner requests from the reservation system and provides equipment/assistance at the time and place necessary. Also responsible for gathering information from email and phone communications and distributing to the assigned contact.</li>
<li>Provides problem escalation support and issue resolution. Follows-up on service challenges and works with the manager to take corrective action.</li>
<li>Provides technical assistance for all meetings and customers that require tech services for their events.</li>
<li>Follows SOPs for audio-visual support, as provided by the AV Manager and Director of Technology and Operations.</li>
<li>Adheres to preventative maintenance room sweeps on a weekly basis, and reports sweep information through the database.</li>
<li>Changes data projectors, lamps and cabling pieces associated with all the various integrated systems throughout the portfolio.</li>
<li>Reviews operation of equipment with customer and ensures that the customer is comfortable with its operation.</li>
<li>Offers assistance in operation of equipment and helps solve problems if customer is unsure of requirements.</li>
<li>Educates the staff and customers on the basics of all AV equipment in the facility.</li>
<li>Maintains metrics associated with room equipment inventory and repairs/replacements completed in conference rooms.</li>
<li>Communicates with co-workers and service partners to ensure updated information is shared.</li>
<li>Assists with conference room set-ups, break downs and any other areas where assistance is needed.</li>
<li>Keeps the A/V storerooms organized and well managed.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform repairs to building and grounds&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Conduct routine rounds of mechanical spaces and documents equipment readings as required • &nbsp; &nbsp;Replace HVAC air filters per schedule • &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created • &nbsp; &nbsp;Notify managers the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate building and system repairs to with other departments • &nbsp; &nbsp;Respond to emergency call-in situations.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Report any deficiencies on specific jobs or equipment • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist other trades as required&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with facilities emergency events per policy • &nbsp; &nbsp;Support and review the work of outside vendors • &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain mechanicals spaces per Quality Assurance Program • &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain necessary stock and tools to perform work • &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition • &nbsp; &nbsp;Drives vehicles required to perform work • &nbsp; &nbsp;Document work per department procedures • &nbsp; &nbsp;Must complete safety and technical training as assigned by department director or designee • &nbsp; &nbsp;Must wear appropriate PPE and other protective gear and equipment as required • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform other duties as assigned Skills &amp; Competencies: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Customer Service/Interpersonal Skills • &nbsp; &nbsp;Problem Solving skills • &nbsp; &nbsp;Contributes to the success of the team • &nbsp; &nbsp;Exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others • &nbsp; &nbsp;Some lifting of medium and/or heavy equipment and tools (max. of 50 lbs) • &nbsp; &nbsp;Must have general knowledge of building maintenance, and the use of tools and basic maintenance supplies
Education / Certification(s):
• &nbsp; &nbsp;High School Diploma or GED or 1 year trade or vocational school&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Valid unencumbered driver’s license
Experience: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Two years’ General Maintenance, painting and drywall experience within commercial, industrial or healthcare setting

 We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Permanent Mammography Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in breast interventional procedures, using Hologic equipment, and 3 plus screening and diagnostic experience. Experience in Stereotactic biopsy and ultrasound guided core biopsies is preferred. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Mammography Technologist, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 1. Performing mammography examinations using Hologic equipment while adhering to safety protocols. 2. Performing diagnostic procedures such as Stereotactic biopsy and ultrasound guided core biopsies. 3. Utilizing Dexa scan technology for bone density assessments is strong plus 4. Assisting physicians with breast interventional procedures. 5. Providing compassionate and effective patient care, including explaining procedures, answering questions, and addressing concerns. 6. Ensuring the quality of mammograms and maintaining accurate patient records. 7. Adhering to all healthcare regulations and standards. 8. Maintaining and operating mammography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and reporting any malfunctions. 9. Participating in ongoing education and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field. Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Mammography Technologist position, the candidate must possess the following qualifications: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist. 2. Proficiency in Dexa, breast interventional procedures, and using Hologic equipment. 3. 3 plus years of experience in screening and diagnostic procedures. 4.
